Purchased a bed with the Leggitt and Platt base. I received the product and the base remote never worked. I found myself stuck with my legs or back stuck in the position that the bed would bend me. I called the helpline like they said I should, and waited on the phone for a long time. I had a hard time getting anybody to properly help me and I was told that they would come out and fix it. They came out and supposedly fixed it the next day. It didn't work again so this point I was pretty frustrated and wanted the pace changed but apparently once you buy a bass you're stuck with it whether it works or not, I just don't feel like that's good business they came out again. This is after already almost 2 months and replace the main motor pretty much gave it a whole new motor underneath and it seems to be working but it wasn't without pulling teeth and really arguing back-and-forth before I can get any help. They make it sound so easy in the stores and I'll just call her number and they'll help you, but they don't tell you get all kinds of departments you have to hold and you know it's just very frustrating. I will never purchase from them again. If you sign anything, make sure you read the small.

Sleep Number Poor Customer Service: The bed began leaking air after 9 years (still under warranty.) Customer service recommended replacing the pump at a cost of $276.59. Nine days of sleeping on a flat mattress caused an aching back. 11 phone calls later, I was finally told by customer service that the pump was on back order with an unknown delivery date. I then canceled the order and purchased a Rem Air pump on Amazon with same day delivery. Buyer beware!

Tony was AMAZING!!! He was so knowledgeable about all the beds and accessories and really made me feel like I was getting a bed personalized for ME!! If you're in the market for a new bed or even some sheets, go to this sleep number!! You won't get amazing service like I had anywhere else!! THANK YOU TONY!!!

We decided it was time to step up and get a real mattress and it just happened to coincide with the last day of the Memorial Day sale. We went into our local store in Oceanside and we’re greeted by Marie, who was the most no pressure and informative person on a product ever. She spent the time to show us all of the products and explained how much different each one was from the others. We ended up buying our first and likely last bed for quite some time from her. Can’t wait for it to get here and enjoy some real sleep! Marie was awesome the whole time while juggling us and 5 other families, one with small children! Can’t say enough about her customer service.

We purchased two I10 beds a few months ago. I must say we are even more pleased than expected with them. They have solved many difficulties with sleep patterns. The adjustability is light years above anything else on the market. The store manager Marie, made our experience with Sleep Number exceptional. I love the feedback I get on our sleep patterns. In my opinion, Sleep Number has left no detail behind; it is a quality company.

Off the bat, I notice a lot of negative reviews concerning the fact that some costumers had sales reps who did not inform them that the frames weren't refundable or that the company charges for pick up if you want a return. This was not something I experienced. Our salesperson was Matt Morse and he was phenomenal! We walked in to the store wanting to just sit on a sleep number bed... and ended up leaving with an order for a bed, base, and frame! Matt was great at answering all of our questions and concerned, and he broke down the prices and costs of everything more than thoroughly. I left with an envelope full of every detail you could imagine, and all of our costs perfectly highlighted and easy to find. We are more than excited for our bed; my only gripe is that adding the frame pushes back your delivery date (ours is a month and a half out). Despite this, I left the store feeling really happy with my purchase, and feel like I scored some great deals! :) PS We got the I8 bed with a normal base and custom fabric frame. Adding the frame allowed us to do interest financing for 48 months instead of 36 so our monthly payments are only $150! Don't hesitate to invest in your sleep! :)

Inspect your receipts carefully. Make sure you actually received every item that your receipt shows as “received”. Don’t sign that receipt if it does not correctly reflect the transaction. If you sign your receipt before the salesperson actually goes to the store room you could have problem. I signed my receipt for a mattress cover and then they discovered they had no stock…So it was suppose to be shipped to me with other items shown as “ship”… A couple days later I cancelled my entire order. Then a week or so later I received 2 boxes via UPS from Sleep Number which I returned to the store. They issued credit for what they found in the boxes (no mattress cover). Subsequently I disputed a $165 charge on my account because I never received the product. My account was then credited but sleep number corporate decided to “blackball”me unless I paid $165 for something I never received! Like I said.. inspect your receipt carefully. BTW: it often happens that the store does not have product in their stock room. I’ll accept their “blackball” and happily not shop there again. I do NOT owe Sleep Number $165 for a mattress cover I did not receive!

The Oceanside team was outstanding. Our salesman (John O'Dell) made us feel at home, comfortable, and confident in our purchase. Both my wife and I are combat veterans and suffer greatly from sleep disturbances, general anxiety disorder, and PTSD. John was very sympathetic toward our situation, and made sure that we got a good deal that we could be happy about. We are eagerly waiting for our Sleep Number New Flextop Cal King i10. It is simply the best bed that we've ever seen. Please allow this great team to give you a great product that is both right for you and for your budget. 5 out of 5.

This store was so great and professional I absolutely loved talking to everyone in there and getting to know the products, (John O'Dell) helped me pick out my bed and I love how I didn't feel pressured to buy something and didn't feel forced in to buying something I didn't want.
