I honestly wish I could leave a 0 star. This man in the photo was outside at 730 in the morning yelling at everyone and then stopped the pumps twice. I couldn't even pump 10$ in my car and when I asked him to let me finish my 10$ as I was at 8$ because I have to work and have to get my three children to school he proceeded to scream at me! Started running his mouth and was absolutely disgustingly rude. Not only was he yelling at me but he yelled at his coworkers instead of going into the store to talk to them. This guy should not be in customer service if he can't be respectful. When I was over being yelled at I started yelling back because as a woman no man is going to stand there and yell at me in front of my children. He got mad and told me not to yell at him. This was so unprofessional and as a previous employee of shell im shocked they let an employee talk to customers this way!

If you must come here do not pay with cash. I put $20 in cash on my station and I didn't feel the pump going until $2 in and it stopped its flow $3 early. That means I lost a total $5 getting nothing but air. Starting late and stopping early when you pay with cash is normal enough I suppose but usually I only lose about $1. I've never witnessed myself losing an entire $5 worth of pumped air and in this economy when gas is nearly $7 a gallon that's just highway robbery. Won't be coming back but I'll give 3 stars because the food market was decently kept and the cashier service was friendly.

Just got into it with the bald manager with glasses. Highly disrespectful. I asked how much a Mega Million ticket was and he said "$2.00". I told him I wanted two, but before I could finish my statement, he prints both numbers on a ticket. I tried to explain to him that I wanted them on two separate tickets, but he was highly dismissive saying "well I already printed it, sorry" in the most disrespectful tone period. I never told nor requested him to print another. I held my composure and tried to calmly inform him a bit of helpful advice of if someone is purchasing multiple numbers, ask if they want them all grouped or individually, which is what all the other employees have done for years. But he wouldn't let me get that far. Every time I tried to say anything, he just shut me down yelling at me behind the register. As a customer, I tried to help him to avoid future incidents, but he was above listening yelling like a child. As I repeatedly try to tell him what the problem is, he explodes into a cursing tirade multiple times more upset than I was and threatened to fight me as he walks to another part of the store. I asked him to repeat what he said, but a customer present tells me it's not worth it. As he continues his verbal rampage, a female employee respectfully asks me to leave as there is no reasoning with the manager.

The manager, Jose is a racist psycho. I was here with my friend a while back and he just verbally abuses us out of nowhere, screaming at us for no reason other than him being a racist bigot. Funny thing is I recently told me friend about what happened and they used to work at that station. They heard him call customers racial slurs and said some disgusting pedophile comments about teenage girls walking in there. He also said he's been to jail a bunch of times for domestic abuse beating up his wife and kids, employees overheard him screaming and abusing people over the phone. Suprised he still has a job and isn't rotting in prison. Pathetic. He works at a gas station for a living he needs some serious mental help. Don't ever go here.

Bathrooms have a 25c coin operated lock on the door. WTF, is that even legal? Trying to charge me money to take a leak after I've already paid you for gas. Unreal

I seriously love this place, the staff is always friendly & welcoming. This is seriously the cleanest gas station I've ever visited. I drive here for quick snacks when I can walk to a store closer to my house but I get peace of mind knowing the place is clean. I typically see the same faces when I come but today I met Carmen and she was such a nice uplifting person.

I love this shell. It's super clean, they are always staffed. I LOVE THE EMPLOYEES IN THE MORNING/MID DAY. They remember me, they are so so nice. They literally raise my spirits when I go into the store. 100% recommend them!

Accidentally walked through store when exiting McDonald's and was "harassed" by Justine--followed me out to my car and would not stop yelling at me for not going out the McDonald's exit! I DID enter through the McDonald's door to go in, but noticed that the exit through the Mart was open so assumed it was okay to exit that way. Visited a few months ago and there was a barrier (door or gate) dividing the Mart from McDonalds. Suggest closing the divider rather than "harass" potential customers.

I went to Shell Gas Station this afternoon and the gas prices are in the $4.00 range now. Regular Gas is $4.01 a gallon, Unleaded Gas is $4.09, Supreme Gas is $4.10, and Supreme Plus Gas is $4.11 a gallon. The gasoline is very affordable for me. I will go to Shell Gas Station the next time I have to do my grocery shopping at Ralph's Market which is close proximity where Ralph's Grocery Store is located.

Well well, I have a story for you on this one. I use the Ralphs rewards to get the discount and that is why I use this station. Something very interesting happened the other day.I was at this Shell station and clearly realized that the pump started registering over $3.00 before it actually starting pumping out the gas. You know how you can feel the vibration when the gas starts dispensing? I was, like "is this thing working?", I looked up at the money was over 3 bucks and then all of a sudden it started to feel like it was dispensing gas. I asked for the manager... I explained the situation and he gave me back $3.00....Man, its bad enough gas in California so expensive, and at $3.49 a gallon, the first gallon, you get no gas!!! The manager was cool about it, but I am sure this happens to a lot of people who don't say or don't even realize they are being ripped off. My 2 stars are one for the Ralphs discount and one for the manager giving me back my money but I won't be going back to this station.

All you have to do is ask for a bathroom token and they will give you one.. customer or not.... very helpful employees
