Thank you for the young man that works inside that came out when he saw a guy roaming the gas station and approaching customers and made him leave. The guys was standing outside my car waiting for me to come out when your employee came out. At the Carlsbad station on Carlsbad Village Dr Ive had homeless people approach and harass me while employees are standing outside smoking and not do a thing.

I liked the service there, the employees there have a positive attitude with a big smile. Peter and his crew took care of my car very well. I will definitely go there more often.

Do NOT get your car wash here! I tipped $10 for a basic. Least they can do is clean the dashboard. The slowest laziest people I seen! Do you know we can see you? Quality is crap! I have to clean it again when I get home.

Worst hand car wash I've ever seen. I had to get the to run it through the wash a second time because it sucked. I went inside for coffee and the cashier didn't even speak English when I asked where the lids were for the coffee bean coffee. She didn't understand me and had find lids in the back. They sell coffee bean coffee and there's no artificial sweetener at all.

I used to like this place a lot for $40 wash they were fine but today I paid $270 because he said my car would look brand new...
They put the filthy mats in my trunk, never cleaned. It looks like there's spit on one of them. They did a worse vacuum than they usually do on the $40 wash, they argued with me, they had to find my key, they left sticky marks rubbed down my windows, there's drips of coffee left, smears and marks all over the glass. I used to detail cars when I was young. This is NOT detailing.

No bathroom for the public because they are too lazy to maintain it. They are also very rude if you even ask about it.

The car wash guys do an excellent job. Took my Acura TL to get a wash the workers did a fantastic job ? ? ?! I will be taking my dusty Honda Crv there also.

Not impressed. They aren't very friendly and you don't get much for your money. Yes, it's family owned but you don't get the family vibe!

I came to this place about a month ago to have husband’s car to get washed. They did an incredible job. Very detailed. I loved it. Today I brought my truck and from the waiting area I can tell I’m going to be very satisfied with the service. Thanks again☺️??

Customer service is bad at this Shell gas station. Attendant refused to honor my means of cash payment. He turned me away since I had $100 bill and claimed he did not have change. I find his statement really hard to believe especially since we ALL paying high gas prices at the pump now a days!!

Tried to pay cash for gas. Pump wouldn't work. Had to go in 3 separate times to inquire and left with a refund. Waste of time.
