Usually I don’t like Ross because every single store I have gone to is unorganized and messy. This is the cleanest one I’ve ever been to and surprisingly with the best deals I’ve seen, in my opinion.

I asked a lady if there was a difference in the lines. I don't normally shop there. She says no, and next thing I know, she wooshes me to self checkers. I look behind me, and there are 3 human checkers. I ask, are you paying me? Why don't they do it? So, I chose to get back in the line to see a human to wait on me. I also had an item that had no price. A human needed to fix it. Besides, I just spent 2hrs trying every freaking coat in the store, and I'm NOT in the mood to do your job! Come on Ross, you can do better. You also have no robots picking up all the clothes that are lying on the floor throughout the store. The young lady at the fitting rooms was very nice, tho! She and the nice cashier got the 4 stars! But I had to take one out for the rest?♀️
