READ THE 1 STAR REVIEWS, THOSE ARE THE TRUE REVIEWS FROM CUSTOMERS.PICK ANY OTHER AGENT BUT ROBERT ANDREWS. UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE SCAMMED INTO PAYING MORE BECAUSE THEY CHANGE YOUR POLICY WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE OR NOTIFYING YOU. I PAY 6 MONTHS IN ADVANCE AND A SET PRICE AND THEN THEY INCREASE PROPERTY DAMAGE AND BODILY INJURIES TO TRY AND MAKE ME PAY ANOTHER $287 MORE. EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY PAID FOR MY 6 MONTHS. THATS RIGHT, IT'S A SCAM AND I TALKED TO ALLSTATE ABOUT WHAT'S GOING ON AND I GOT MY RECORDS OF WHAT IT WAS SET TO AND MY EMAILS OF WHEN I CONFIRMED THAT WHEN I PAID AT THE BEGINNING BUT WHEN THEY CHANGE IT, I DON'T GET ANY CALL, EMAIL, TEXT, MAIL OR ANYTHING. THEY TRY TO DO IT WITHOUT YOU KNOWING FOR THE BILLING CYCLE TO HIT ON AUTO PAYMENT TO GET YOU AND THEY GET AN EXTRA $287 OUT OF YOUR BANK ACCOUNT BECAUSE THE AGENT CHANGED IT WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU.It seems like my policy on my truck changes randomly for coverage to increase my bill. So I'm constantly looking at my coverage to make sure things have not changed. Like property damage getting changed to 100k. I called 6 days ago to add a 2005 Honda Civic to my policy, had the proof of registration sent via email while on the phone and it's still not showing up on my policy. Can I even drive it or park it on the street because you haven't sent me anything with the vin number or proof of insurance on it and I have my proof of calling and my proof of sending over email of my information as well.3/11/2024Update:Again, they changed my policy again without my knowledge/ notifying me and I'm changing my agent. Doesn't answer the phones and doesn't respond to emails.

I called for guidance on a water leak from my condo bathroom wall. The water was going into my neighbor’s unit. No one has returned my call to help me with this issue or just to guide me on the process. I’ve been with this office for over 17 years the previous owner Mary Hutchison new how to take care of her clients. She took the time to give you the best advice and guide you. Now all they want is your money and for you to figure it out !! :(

I absolutely love my Car, Home insurance company Allsate!!! They always go above and beyond to keep us covered at a low cost!!! Rosalia is always a pleasure and they always answer right away when I have any questions/problems!!

If I could give this guy a zero or negative score I would. He is the worst. Chooses business over morals 10 times out of 10. He does NOT have your best interest in mind. One piece of advice. If your thinking about doing business with him. DON'T. Run for the hills!
