Very nice. We had the entire theater to ourselves midweek.

The workers are nice and friendly. The food there sucked. I got a hot dog, and the bun was hard like a rock, and the dog itself was cold. Also, I got a pretzel, and it was good and soft, but the cheese was gross and tasted like sink water. The auditorium is too hard to see because the letters and numbers are small. The whole theater is a bad experience. The one in carlsbad is way nicer.

It's nice because there is hardly anyone ever here!

It's a pretty standard place. The seats are kind of gross. Most of them have some sort of stain or tear in them.

Took our daughter and granddaughters to see Migration, we had a great time. Everything from the lobby to the bathrooms was clean and comfortable. Good job Regal Oceanside!

Seats were torn up and in poor repair. Manger on duty was rude and overbearing. Counter staff were extremely pleasant and hard working folks. The only redeeming quality of this particular location. To management’s credit, they did reach out for more details after I responded to a survey.

Clean, comfortable, nice chairs, good sound and crisp video. Not hot, and not too cold. Good selections from the snack bar. There is a big public parking a short walk from the establishment.

I would take my kids here when they were younger, movies and pizza. Great passtime. My kids said mom please take us there before they close it down. We went this week and such memories of back then. Great staff, great perks for rewards members and good movies. Regal shows oldie movies for the movie anniversary. We've seen Original Jaws and this week we saw 1973 The Excorcist.

Great spot been coming here since it was built. It can use a facelift. There is alot of restaurants and shops around. Plus a block from the beach.

Great theater; Join Regal Unlimited and the Regal Crown Club to get the best deals, and use your points for free drinks and popcorn.

The theater was nice but it's different when the light goes on and you see the seats. Very dirty, heavy dark stains, ripped holes, the air feels like you can't breathe ( very stuffy odor). Don't recommend coming here!.

Seats are very comfortable, theater clean, food prices typical for a movie theatre

I have to agree with a lot of people on here. The biggest issue right away is no parking (we ended up parking in the library garage across the street which seemed to be OK). Another issue is the price of tickets which are a bit high given the quality (or lack thereof) for the seats, screen and sound. One thing we liked was that it was not busy at all inside, but the reason for that comes at the cost of no parking and having to walk. It's also not in an area that I would consider safe and I would not feel safe going here at night or as a woman alone. We ended up seeing Oppenheimer here because every other theater was always sold out whenever we looked but this theater was a ghost town and we could see why right away. Another issue worth pointing out is the time it took for the actual movie to start playing, it was a good 45 minutes after the time listed. There was even a blank screen up until a few minutes after the listed time, it made us question if we were in the right theater. Overall you are better off driving to one of the Carlsbad Cinopolis theaters on a Tuesday when it's $10/ticket all day long.

I am a downtown Oceanside resident who lives at the beach and am very grateful to have the convenience of a movie theater right here on Mission. The building is older and iconic and I think it's beautiful. The location is right in the heart of downtown where you can eat before or after a show at all the new eateries we have here now. I understand people leaving poor reviews because it's older but I have zero complaints. The staff is friendly and attentive, and It's clean inside and out. All the top movies rotate thru this location and it's within walking distance from my condo. I'm glad to have this theater still here so 5 stars from me. And yes, bring a sweater it does get chilly!

Ridiculously hard to find parking anywhere close. I’m already paying $17 to see a movie, then I have to pay $20 to park a mile away. And then $10 if I just want a popcorn. I’m not a fan of spending $50+ just to see a movie. I guess that’s Cali for ya? it’s kind of an older theater too with older seats, it might’ve been more worth it if it looked a little newer/cleaner and had recliners or something.
