Pretty bummed that I pay for the monthly membership and the last 2 times I've gone, the windshield hasn't been touched...2 times and the same spot has not been cleaned or wiped down...? Also, they say you get an air freshener, but you don't. Other than that, they do an alright job with the bare minimum.
