Stores fine but I’m not sure why the buyer or whoever does the ordering doesn’t know or can’t keep this store stocked with organic parsley and cilantro and 16oz Crystal Geyser water bottles. It’s been almost 3 weeks that I haven’t been able to purchase these pretty basic items. Please reorder more and keep them on the floor. Also please order more Calais farms organic almond milk. Thank you!

I have been trying to order fish from Ralph's since December. The fryer has been down since before then and it's still not fixed! Why is it priority for the deli fryer to be working but not the fish? I have told so many people about this wonderful free option and it has been a disappointment to most. I was a regular at getting it and now it seems they don't care. One of the only reasons any of us would drive that far. The dudes in the department are super cool and willing to do it. They just can't. So management needs to step up!!

They are overpriced and I always get bad groceries here. The ice cream cones are always soft and stale out of the freezer. The cookies from bakery have a weird taste and texture. No quality control. Tried multiple times but I won’t be back. There are better grocery stores with better prices.

Hey Corporate, how about you bring the plastic bags back to the checkout lane? What type of out of touch idiotic PR stunt are you pulling?

Had a really bad shopping experience tonight, I have enjoyed shopping in this store for myself before but will not be entering this store again after today except to pick up online orders, I had three orders tonight and two of them were Alcohol is included, but only the self-service area is open at night, so I chose to complete it with the help of the cashier, but the female cashier tonight didn't seem to have any patience. I kept repeating that the order came from the Internet! Secondly, when I needed help with my own order, no one from the manager or cashier helped! I waited alone for five minutes! bad night!

If you need to get your steps in, come here and try to chase down an employee for assistance. This place has gone down hill. The customer service is generally sub-par. Multiple departments seem to be understaffed and it will cause you to waste a lot of time if need the deli, bakery, liquor cabinet, or butcher.

Nice store. Seemed a bit crowded but they are fixing up the different areas in the store to make it nice. The people working there are top notch. Friendly and always helpful .

This Ralph's Grocery Store is close to me, so whether or not I'm crazy in love with this place, I end up going here, sometimes more than once a week, solely for small purchases. The problem with large chain grocery stores, are they price gouge you on everyday items most folks cannot live without, like milk, eggs & staple foods, so this drives up your overall food bill. The good of a large chain store, is they have just about darn near everything you'd want or crave, including a good selection of almost all the different brands of food-stuffs you're looking for.I personally am hooked on the Boar's Head Deli Meats they sell at Ralphs. In order to try & lose weight, my wife & I end up eating lots of deli meats, whether it be the Boar's Head Low Sodium Ham, which has 40% less sodium than typical ham, for breakfast. For lunch, we like to get either Boar's Head London Broiled Roast Beef or their Buffalo Chicken & cut it up in thin strips, added to cut-up Romain Lettuce & chopped-celery, radish slices, peppercinis & sugar snap peas, mixed with an oil & vinegar dressing. This makes for one tasty salad, with the protein one needs, to keep going, throughout the day. The problem with this, is Ralph's Produce is quite a bit higher-priced than WinCo or Sprouts, so we buy our produce at these other places, instead of Ralphs. Recently, we're hooked on Boar's Head Chorizo Serrano, a Spanish-Style type of Tapas Salami, which has big flavor, but without the heartburn associated with many chorizo meats. You'll pay more for Boar's Head Meats, but they really are some of the best you can buy out there, & if you don't eat out quite often, then your price per meal is reasonable. Also, stores like Ralph's love their gimmicks, particularly with table wines they sell in their store. My wife & I like J Lohr 2019 Seven Oaks Cabernet Sauvignon, which is a smooth Cabernet, grown in Paso Robles. Ralphs offers a decent price on this product, but only if you purchase at least 6 or more bottles of it. To be honest, I don't drink this much wine, but every once in awhile, we like to drink a bottle of decent Cabernet. So why would we buy 6 bottles of this wine, when we may only drink 1-2 bottles of it in a month, or month & a half. With Ralphs buying power, they could just offer this wine at a reasonable price, without resorting to this gimmickry.Ralphs has the mondo selection of Ice Cream & frozen treats, including Ben & Jerry's, which is one of the richest, most decadent ice creams out there, so sometimes we break down & buy some of their fairly high-priced ice cream, just to treat ourselves. Ralphs hasn't stocked my fave Ben & Jerry's flavor lately though, Carmel Sutra.
