Check in was simple and straight forward. My phlebotomist was excellent. She made the blood draw virtually pain free and I HATE needles! I would highly recommend Quest Diagnostics.

The staff were very polite, friendly, and professional. The employee who drew my blood did a great job, it did not hurt at all. The clinic is clean. Parking looks like it can be a problem. I've been here only once for a 9:30 am blood draw in May 2024 and got lucky to get a spot right in front of the entrance. I had an appointment, and they called me right in on time. There were only a few people in the waiting room. I do not like the kiosk check in at all. Did not like placing my IDs in the machine. I prefer to have a human greet me and check me in. I'm taking off one star due to this check-in procedure. Other than that, thank you staff for a very good experience.

Vicki M. was my Phlebotomist at Quest and she did a great job. I really do hate needles but I barely felt it when Vicki drew my blood. I will come to this location again whenever I need bloodwork done.

If you make an appointment, you will get called in at your appointment time. The people working at Quest have been very friendly and helpful.

I went to Temecula as a walk in for required bloodtest for upcoming surgery and waited a few hours. I saw that Oceanside had an appointment available a few hours later, so I drove there and was seen on time. They were efficient and my results were available on a timely manner. Very professional service! I highly recommend making an appointment instead of walk-in.

We are completely uncedicfide and shocked with the staff behavior, especially with Sydnee the nurse, on the 7am shift, April 17.
My 3 years old, needs a blood test ASAP and has anxiety issues so he was terrified of the test. We scheduled an appointment in advance, and his dad tried to convince him, while the nurse had technical issues, and the momentum was gone. I was called to come from work to try and make him do it. The nurse told my husband to step out and to come back again when ready. I was there at her office 10 min after with my boy, ready for the test. She, and all of the other staff ladies were beyond rude! Telling me to wait in line as a walk in (hours of waiting time). They didn't mind the fact that there's a 3 year old there, ignore us completely and my boy didn't do his blood test. The next available appointment is next week!! And he's already traumatized from this situation. Shame on you.

The person who did the blood draw was great. Friendly and helpful when I forgot the paperwork so that I didn't have to reschedule.
