10/10 highly recommend! My English Bulldog had his first ever groom here today and he looks amazing! The facility is beautiful, clean and very well decorated. Ty did such a wonderful job, my boy looks like a million bucks and smells even better! Great communication and you can feel that they really do LOVE dogs. We will be returning every month!

We absolutely love pup culture! They did such a wonderful job on my Golden! They brushed his teeth, cleaned his ears, groomed his bottom and grinch feet, and gave him the best bath! I absolutely love that your pup comes home with a new bandanna too! They are easy to communicate with, quick to help you find an appointment, and make your grooming experience easy! Our price was under $100 and our doggy needs a big refresh! I'd say it was pretty reasonably priced for size and all the details included in our treatment! Highly recommend and will be back again!

We’ve been coming here for quite a while but the haircuts they give our cocker spaniel are worse than I could do at this point. Completely uneven, noticeable razor marks, tons of hair tufts in odd places (have you heard of scissors?).
They also make you pay and tip before you can even see how your dog looks so you tip without any knowledge of the quality

Finally found an excellent groomer! It has taken nearly 3 years. I took my Maltipoo and my Cairnoodle yesterday. They came back absolutely adorable! Customer service was excellent, work was quality, price was the going rate. I already scheduled my next appointment and recommend them, without hestitation

I am so upset right now. I called on 11/14 to make an appt for Dec 4. I never got a text confirming my appt so I called and left a message. No one called me back so I went there at 9am. I get there and they tell me my appointment is for January 4. That is not the date I chose, as I am leaving for Texas on 12/6. I did not want an appt for Jan I won't even be in the state on Jan 4th. So they leave me standing in a parking lot waiting to see if someone else can do my dog. The lady shows up goes inside. Looks at her calendar. Come back out and takes in three dogs then comes out and tells me sorry she can't do my dog today. I don't I have any cancellations today, I'm already mad because you guys did something wrong and now you leave me standing in a parking lot for 15 minutes while you figure out if you can do my dog or not. So I asked why my message was not returned. Her answer was they don't pull messages on Monday, they don't have a receptionist on Monday so there is no one to pull 20 messages. So how would she even know if she has a cancellation if they don't get their messages? What kind of a company does not look at their messages from the weekend. Bottom line you lost a customer today.

I took my dog there a couple times and it was great! The last time she was there, they didn't tell me, that the girl who used to groom her, did not work there anymore and the new girl handling her, did a terrible job. They came up with excuses like "I was alone here without any help and could not hold her to get the nails clipped and so on “. My dog had scratches all over her tummy and the inner side of her legs. I had to take her to my Vet to get the front nails clipped and they did it in 3 minutes. The groomer however did a terrible job and did not take on any responsibility. I asked to talk to the owner and they refused to give me her contact details.Too bad I cannot give a negative star

I had my dog there for grooming and the girl handling her at that time did a terrible job. my dog had scratches on her tummy and inner thighs,. the girl said, that she had no help to handle my dog, there would have been only her and one other groomer, so she was not able to cut my dogs front toe nails. I had to go to my vet in order to get this done, but they charged me the full price. my vet cut the nails in 3 minutes. I called the shop again and wanted to talk to the owner, but they would not give me the owner's contact number and got very rude on the phone, when I asked for it. If the owner reads that, please get back to me, you need to know, what is going on in your shop. my contact must be in your system in the shop. The girl who handled my dog before my last appointment was amazing, but I have been told, she is no longer working there anymore.

I have been taking my Labrador here for a few years now. They do such a fantastic job and treat her so well. The prices are super reasonable. Zoey is a fantastic groomer who goes the extra mile to make my do comfortable and look fabulous.
