Arriving a few minutes before close, I wasn’t sure if the doors would still be open, but Nicholas greeted me with a warm smile. As I worked to confirm details across time zones he waited patiently, getting everything ready to go so not a moment would be wasted. He helped me to find the best rates possible and get my package there even earlier than USPS would have. Nicholas, if you are reading this, you are freaking amazing my friend! Thank you for the company, the smiles, and the assistance. Oh, and Dominic? We can talk cars again while you’re cleaning up any time.”

“I’m a fan of the self-service Amazon kiosk but not when I scan 4 returns then it needs me to package the 5th. I clicked start over and didn’t get a receipt for the 4 scanned items. Bummer. “Everyone is great here! They're incredibly efficient! Even when there is a line of people the wait is very minimal. The staff is super professional, helpful, kind and very quick! I love that they're staying open later. UPS is a lifesaver, especially when returning Amazon products. So glad there is one down the street from me. I'm never in the store above 2 minutes.”

“Went here last week to look at a computer for my son. Raymond was super helpful in finding the right machine for my son’s schooling needs. He was very knowledgeable and really took the time to help us find the right one showing us the various specifications corresponding to the price. Thankfully they had a deal for the machine we got. I highly recommend the lead tech support here. P.S. they also recycle old machines, phones and small electronics / devices here and wires as well.”
“Ray is an absolute lifesaver!! I called in before submitting my order, asking if it was possible to get it done by closing at 8pm. He said he couldn't guarantee it, but he would try and that if he wasn't able to get to it, he'd leave a note for the morning crew so it could be ready by opening tomorrow. He said he would give me a call if he was able to get to it tonight, though. I need the copies for a legal hearing tomorrow morning, so it would have been cutting it close, but I figured it was better than nothing. I came by 10 minutes before closing, just in case... and Ray told me he had just started printing it and was about to call me! I am honestly so happy, I could cry. Thank you SO MUCH for such incredible customer service!!! I appreciate it more than you know.”
“Absolutely, the most nicest lady I've ever met. 10/10 service. Recently lost my cat, and came her to get a bunch of photo copy's to put around. She helped me with the pricing, and absolutely went above and beyond on her job. It gives small family businesses vibes and I love it. Never going to a regular fed ex/ postal service place again ! It's nice to know there's still caring and nice people out there”
“I go to this location often to get my stuff packed and shipped. Used to frequent another location but an item I had was stolen by an employee so I had to change locations and found this one.
Highly recommend this location, the staff are super friendly and helpful. They pack my stuff well and haven’t had any issues with them whatsoever since I’ve started going.”
“Needed package yesterday and they didn't know where it was and then expected it early today like before and again the driver passed by twice and I even tried to flag down and he drove by twice. This is unacceptable. UPS and USPS still deliver on expected delivery times and this is the 3rd time in two weeks fed ex has done this. I will no longer use them for anything. They cannot use the current health crisis as an excuse when the other carriers have absolutely no issues arriving early or on time.Update. They fixed everything and apologized. They get 5 stars for that.”
