This place has never wanted to give out Receipt for proof of shipping.I have lost 2 big packages valued up to $ 750 total.Don't know what to do since they didn't give them to Fedex.Not moved in the delivery system.It's horrible ...if there is no star for rating it should be zero star at all.

Absolutely, the most nicest lady I've ever met. 10/10 service. Recently lost my cat, and came her to get a bunch of photo copy's to put around. She helped me with the pricing, and absolutely went above and beyond on her job. It gives small family businesses vibes and I love it. Never going to a regular fed ex/ postal service place again ! It's nice to know there's still caring and nice people out there

I see all the negative reviews and cannot disagree with them more. I've been using this place for at least 5 years on a very regular basis. All the people there are always friendly and helpful. I have used other Postal Annex stores over the years, but this store and crew are the best.

It was my first time using a Western Union to send money. They were so amazing on explaining to me how the process works. They were also very friendly, as soon as I walked in the store I had a Greetings from one of the staff. Everyone (staff)look very happy at their jobs. All smiles I see! I would definitely come back here for sure!

Incredibly rude notary. Will never, NEVER go back. Just because of their attitude. Paid for a service, was condescended to. I will now drive as far as I have to in order to avoid this place. If you you want good service, go literally anywhere else.

They close the annex before the actual posted times. Don’t put on your sign that you close at 5pm and be closed 10 minutes before.

Came in 20 minutes before closing today to get a passport photo and send in my stuff off for a renewal. The lady was very helpful and efficient. She knew what to put on the envelope and exactly where to send it, just had to check the actual address on the information document I had printed. She even had me put my birth date on the check, and then organized everything to go in the envelope.So glad she's worked there for 20 years and knew what needed to be done. It made the whole process a painless one!

I don't like to give negative reviews, but I'm not a fan of this postal annex. There have been a few times in the past where I've come to drop off between 5:30 to 6 PM, and the store is already shut down for the day. Today I came to do a drop off and ask a question about passport photos and renewals. I chose not to drop off my package here because despite it had a prepaid label, the owner wanted to charge me because it had a USPS (United States Postal Service) label on it. Before I could ask my passport question the worker immediately walked away to help someone else, disregarding my question. I did not feel like a valued customer so I took my business elsewhere.

I brought in envelopes to mail that required parcel postage. The worker quoted me $2.70 for each one which if fine and I left and they mailed them. A week later they started getting sent back to me for insufficient postage and the postage that was on the postage was only $1.40. They shortchanged me entirely.

DO NOT GO HERE Trash! Lady told me postal annex r individually owned and she couldn't give me a receipt of drop off. Ive been to about 5 in the north county and had no issues if you have a printed label. DO NOT GO HERE
