I see all the negative reviews and cannot disagree with them more. I've been using this place for at least 5 years on a very regular basis. All the people there are always friendly and helpful. I have used other Postal Annex stores over the years, but this store and crew are the best.

It was my first time using a Western Union to send money. They were so amazing on explaining to me how the process works. They were also very friendly, as soon as I walked in the store I had a Greetings from one of the staff. Everyone (staff)look very happy at their jobs. All smiles I see!
