07/26/2024 User Beware: Do not use Front Loading Washer M. Soap is not rinsed out. Spin cycle not working either. At the "End" cycle, clothes were still soapy and dripping wet.

It's a real shame how this laundromat is going down hill. I have been going to this laundromat for over 7 yrs consistently. There is no longer an attendant, which is a real bummer when the coin machines take your money. I put a 10 dollar bill in, and it only depensed and gave me 6 dollars back. I filled out a slip and have received nothing for my lost money.

My dryer broke at home so I found this laundromat in my neighborhood to take my wet clothes. I don't recommend this place. I spent $7.75 in quarters and my clothes weren't dry. I started on the Dexter dryer (machine #11). I could only get 12 minutes on the machine. When the cycle finished, my clothes weren't dry. So, I followed the same procedure, but the machine wouldn't start another cycle and the coin return broke. So, I transferred my clothes to machine #9. I was able to get two 6 minute cycles completed. My clothes still weren't dry. So, I attempted to start another cycle. The machine took my quarters, but wouldn't start. Again, the coin return "button" broke on this machine! There is no attendant available, so there is no recourse, but to give this negative review. The floors are filthy; they haven't been swept in days and I don't think the floor has been mopped in months. The clothes bin carts are in good shape, though. There are no instructions on the walls to tell you how to properly use the machines. The LED readout on the machines themselves just state to pick a heat level and then deposit quarters. I did get a 12 minute cycle the first time, but could only get 6 minute cycles afterwards. But, to have TWO machines take my money and not work is a sign of poor maintenance. The fact that the coin returns aren't operational tells me that management is not concerned with operating an honest business.

Basic. One of the 8 load washers ("W") was running a constant stream of hot water through the softener adding area. Tried calling since it's costly and wasteful. No answer nor voicemail. Left a note in the refund reporting bin.The 6 load dryers are ancient and I gave up trying to get them to work with their wonky buttons. Fellow customers were pleasant when I was there and the change machine worked. Overall fine.

First time to this place. Loved it. Clean and the machines are well kept. Some are new and the prices are very reasonable. I like how the price will change if you use hot or cold water. I thought that was ingenious. I will be returning to this location. Thanks!!!

No restroom available... attendant is only on site in morning to open doors... I travel a lot and use a lot of laundrys and this is the worse place..will never go back..had to Walk around the block to Walmart to restroom and leave my clothes unattended and this is not the best area...

Lol my wife said never again! Not only more expensive than other laundry places. Between the washing machines not completely draining out the water and the dryers not completely drying out the clothes we had semi moist clothes. So yeah never again.

Its a nice laundromat. Clean most of the time. Washers work great. I like that i can see the ocean from the parking lot.
