Not only did I end up with a horribly ugly hair style on my wedding day, but the stylist also pulled chunks of my hair out. He created more damage to my hair than I had in the past ten years. And I started with prettier hair than I walked out with. I regret the $100 I threw in the trash to look like trash at my own wedding. I had to rush to try to redo my hair last minute and hide it with a veil and it still looks disgusting in all of the photos of my wedding day. Thanks for nothing, last time I'll ever believe the word "professional".

I went to Euphoria Wax Boutique which is in Phenix Salon suites and I was not only scammed out of prepaid services, I was injured during the wax when she ripped my skin off, and got an infection because she double dipped the stick. Turns out the owner Crixell Worley has had numerous complaints about her and the owner and is in the process of having her license revoked. She has been fired and kicked out of numerous salons, and has a long criminal record. The owner of Phenix Salon refuses to shut her down. I could say more but I will revise this when I see that he still hasn't responded to our complaints. There will be more reviews from all the women that she injured. Just wait. You have no protection from this building owner to vet their service providers, they just accept rent and the customers are on their own.Service: Body Waxing

I have had great experience at this Salon with Jesse. I appreciate the fact that he does not share a room and is very considerate of a clean and protected environment. I have had to have medical treatment that was making my hair fall out and my hair would tangle severely every morning. I went in an told Jesse to cut off my hair. This was a drastic change. He is attentive to my hair salon needs and he makes me feel and look great. Thank you Jesse!

Omg I love this place. The person who did my hair was great. A nice sweet person booked my daughter and I an appointment here and they did such a great job on our hair. My daughter is biracial, and a lot of people don't want to touch her hair , because it's so curly. I love the layers she put in my hair and my daughter loves her hair too.
