Dr.s are great here. This review does not reflect their care at all, as they have been amazing. The front receptionist that used to work there really did a great job. The one that replaced her is so incredibly rude that we will never return and are now on the hunt for new primarys altogether. It truly is a shame that smaller offices can lose out to the bigger ones, all due to the face of the business. 1 person who gives off an attitude that the patients that go there are lucky to be graced by her presence.There is too much competition for that these days. To be treated like this is something that I only have to deal with once.

They Leave You On Hold For Half An Hour Then The Machine Hangs Up On You While I'm Over Here In Pain Trying To Set Up A Appointment I Would've Gave 0 Stars But I Cant. If You Can I 100% Recommend Somewhere Else.

The actual doctors visit was fine, it was all the follow up that was a disaster. They call you at 430p right before they are about to leave, dont call you back for days. Apparently Iris is the only person in the whole office that can help me, and she's never available. I just asked the call center to send me my results in the mail bc getting a hold of anybody that knows anything is nearly impossible. Havent received anything in the mail yet and its going on a week. Just terrible follow up. Hopefully you dont have cancer or anything terrible, bc they dont care enough to call you and let you know.

If anybody is looking for a wonderful, attentive, and professional general practitioner you really need to go to Dr. Tineo! Talk about efficient and very personable. Dr. Tineo is great. I have been seeing him for years now and really would like to pass on this recommendation because I know how hard it is to find a good doctor.

If you like being on hold ........call these guys. We were told this is the local medical group to deal with for Sharp. To solve the problem we called Sharp direct and set up doctors through their system. We need to drive further..........but they do answer the phone.

My Doctor Is Nupor Gosalia. I retired almot three years ago from my job. I did not want to lose her because she listens, takes the time to explain and will refer you out if needed. I have also seen doctor Stephen Tinio when my doctor is fully booked. He is also very attentive. I dropped a heavy chair on my foot and I could not walk. I called Graybill, My doctor was fully booked. but Dr Tinio was available. He immediately ordered X-ray of my foot so that he would have the records by the time I arrived. Excellent care

PAC Armstrong. Is a liar.This nondescript lady. Lies on medical records to protect her misdiagnosis . Unacceptable for a professional? ??????
