This store is a one stop shop...look no further...When selecting a mattress, there are so many variables to take into account..Every step of the way, these sales people ask the right questions and answer one's you may not have considered. Their concern is genuine, caring, thorough and professional. They are comprehensive in their knowledge of their product and show sincere concern for the customer's sleep comfort and satisfaction.

Dereck was so helpful and gentle during my spouse and I's mattress purchase! He made sure we got a better deal than all of the competing mattress sale stores we had previously visited. If you are in doubt anywhere else definitely visit this location!

The old dude in there constantly interrupts when politely decline help and then has an outburst to have to correct you when just sayintyou want to look at lifting beds. Stay away and overpriced.

I recently purchased a mattress from Ortho and have been very pleased with it. Robert, the Manager, was very pleasant and helpful in my choice. As I have not purchased a mattress in several years, he let me try several different mattresses until I found the one that I wanted. He had unbelievable patience with me. I didn't realize there were so many mattresses to choose from. Anyway I would highly recommend Ortho Mattress. Don't forget to ask for Robert. You'll be glad you did.
