I officially present O’Reilly employee Max with a Superman attitude award. Max helped me find what I needed, then when my bike wouldn’t start he let me the tools and the jumper to get it started again. He did all this with a smile and an eager to help attitude. Thanks Maxx! And thanks O’Reilly for employing quality folks like Maxx.

Terrible customer service. Daniel needs to get his opinions out of the way of him doing his job. Terry was too busy not working and looking at a car to help me out at first. The worst O'Reilly I've been to.

After a fender bender, I stopped at O’Reilly to ask about autobody work. Antonio from O’Reilly auto parts was very kind to help me find the right guy late on a Saturday. Though I wasn’t a paying customer, so to speak, Antonio took the time to help and assist. Thank you, Antonio! You are a kind, knowledgeable guy. I will return to O’Reilly for future automotive needs because of you. Highly recommend!

Antonio is my guy, he's super helpful and friendly. I needed a tool and he was very proactive in looking it up for me and getting it ordered in the same day.

The manager Antonio, he is not helping.I had a jump starter but it did not work at all. When I came back to return it and I told him it does not work even I charged.He said with very bad and rude attitude we don’t return it. And even he saw it it was not used at all and completely brand new on box.This is absolutely crazy. I would give this store zero star if I had that option. So mean so rude and bad service.

Had to get the code read for my moms car. The guy helped me out, printed the sheet out and gave me some helpful troubleshooting tips. Experience was great here.
