beware, when I initially went they had "done" a full check on my car because I didn't know what was happening. They gave me a whole list of things to fix on my car. Little did I know that they only inspected the engine. They never checked the transmission. Well, the worse happened to me, my transmission needed service and my car gave up on me. When I called them to ask them if they had checked the transmission they said that I never requested the transmission to be checked. I told the guy on the phone that I am a female and don't know anything about cars and that I trusted them with checking everything on my vehicle, the guy on the phone was so rude and said if I wanted to take my car in that I could and that after all they are transmission specialists. He then proceeded in arguing with me telling me that he could print out the last papers I signed and then reiterated that I never requested the transmission to get checked. I will not go back to them ever again. This car problem could have been caught if they would have done a full car check up which they did charge me. For your reference their full car check up is $150.00

Truly awful service. Was told they couldn’t hear the problem in our tranny after test driving it around all over town, made us come to the shop to show them the issue. Charged us $150 for diagnostics. But when asked what they did to diagnose they refused to tell us. Took it to another tranny shop and had the MAJOR problems totally repaired in 4 days.

Super nice guys…they spent more time than I’m sure they wanted to figuring out what was up with my VW. They came highly recommended and I’d go there again in a hot second.

Would not trust this mechanic. They charged me almost $3500 for transmission work that did not fix my vehicle's condition. Misdiagnosed the problem and refused to own it. Stuck me with the full bill and offered no help. Extremely poor experience

Their staff completed a simple drain and fill on my transmission. Everyone was so kind and they serviced my car in a reasonable amount of time. I look forward to taking my car in for future automotive services.

Fan clutch went out again shortly after WOAT replaced it. They were quick to get the last one in the nation shipped from CO and replace it under GM warranty. All good so far! This team is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. Hard to find these days.

It was rough - had to replace my transmission and then my alternator - but the whole team was really nice to deal with and I feel like they did a good job despite me not wanting to spend so much on my car this week! I liked that they asked me to come back for follow up checks to make sure everything is working properly.
