We are so happy with our decision to send our toddler to KinderCare. The teachers here are so kind, caring, and professional. They really take the time to know your family, and they are so incredible with the kids. Of course our child was a little nervous the first couple days, but we were shocked how quickly that nervousness turned into excitement. We cannot say thank you enough to the amazing teachers here at KinderCare!!

This is my first time doing a daycare, and the employees at this facility are just so fantastic. They pay great attention to all the children. You can tell that they care and that they really just want the best for all the kids in their facility. Super excited that my son is able to come here and make a lot of friends with the teachers and all the other kids, definitely recommend this place for working parents who want their kids to get early education.

KinderCare has truly been a blessing for our family. This loving and devoted center has provided my son with enriching and life-changing educational experiences. The warm and welcoming teachers and directors create a loving environment that I can't find anywhere else. They take such GREAT care of our son! They send photos, and updates throughout the dayThey never leave him unattended and I always know he will be safe in their care. He has been learning new things with all the great teachers working with him. He eats very well and I get updates on WHAT he eats and aHOW MUCH he eats. Thank you to all the great staff!

Upon going for a tour INoticed that no one answered the door there was an employee standing outside and let me in the director was young and couldn’t give me a tour because they had no staff there the floor looked dirty and it smelled like dirty diapers in the hallway there were stacks of dirty dishes in the hallway and kids that looked sickly there thank goodness they were busy they need better management

Great childcare program! Ms. Wilma is the reason I want to stay with Kindercare when I relocate to another state. My youngest daughter started daycare at just 6 weeks old & I sent her to daycare knowing she’s in good hands & everyone loves my baby. I have no worries when they are at daycare because I know they’re well taken care off.

UPDATED** The director Melissa was a nightmare overall very unprofessional behavior. She ended up texting me and my fiancé to remove the yelp reviews & she continued to harass my family a year after we had already left the center just so she can try to get me into deleting the previous review. Her behavior is unacceptable and KinderCare was very unresponsive with all the issues we had at this center! Original Review**My son had been coming to this center for a little over a year. At first we loved the center, staff, and director they were all amazing! They were so amazing we decided to come back after taking a month or two off during the holidays. Mrs. Daphne & Wilma were the best. My son loved his teachers Chelsea & Jessee! But ever since my son had been back to this center everything was extremely unorganized and very unprofessional.I had walked in a few times to drop off my son when kids were jumping from tables, crying and behavior that I've never seen at this facility. My son was having a new teacher every day and after working so hard to potty train him so he can go to the discovery preschool he began having accidents every single day. He would come home crying and playing very differently at home. I brought this to the new directors attention and she assured me they would have new staff and this wouldn't continue to happen. Later on I noticed a lot of teachers were leaving the facility. If not all the teachers.Again I brought it to the directors attention. Every time there was an issue here or something that needed to be addressed to Melissa but nothing seemed to get better. There were times were my sons dad would pick him up and it still wouldn't show me on the app so I'd have to call and check if he was picked up. We are younger parents so we'd been behind our payment a few times when he showed me msgs of the director saying she would waive late fees if he brought her coffee I got upset since he wasn't even the account holder I was and when I would ask about the account she'd update me so I didn't understand how she took initiative to start texting him. When I found out she called me. She obviously used the system to pull up peoples numbers and contact them from her personal cell phone which I also don't think is professional. Overall KinderCare didn't respond to any of these issues that we were dealing with or took any responsibility for there staff! I'm bringing light to this facility and the unprofessional behavior of the new director Melissa, she's been a nightmare and extremely unprofessional.

This was our first daycare experience with our daughter. But, we couldn't have asked for anything better! These lovely ladies made our first daycare experience not only easy for us, but our little girl as well. They are easy to get a hold of and communicate everything you can imagine. We love having our daughter here and couldn't ask for anything better!

I went to a kindercare as a kid and I loved it but I am not sure why it's been so hard to get in touch for a tour. I replied to an email about a free day, I even called the location spoke to someone and left my name and number for a tour and no one returned my call, then I got another email that I again replied to. It's concerning that it's this hard to get communication before my son is even there. Disappointing..Update: I was able to connect with the director she was extremely helpful and very sweet it was just a miscommunication and very busy due to the pandemic which I completely understand.

My 4 year old went to KinderCare and she loved it. The teachers were also great ! I felt my daughter was safe in that facility. Miss Wilma, Miss Daphne, Miss Janet, And many more teachers that were nice to my daughter thank you. She never complain about having a bad day at KinderCare. I would definitely recommend it !

Great daycare choice in North County!Our daughter stayed in Oceanside KinderCare for 2 years since her 5 months old. We compared (toured) at least five care centers in the North County area. We found the teachers in Oceanside KinderCare were most experienced, most willing to talk to us, and they showed the highest attention to our baby. My daughter now can talk…I think her best friends right now are Ms. Patty, Ms. Rona, and Ms. Jessie. She also loves Ms. Kania, Ms. Wilma, Ms. Daphne, and almost everyone else in this center. During these 2 years, she only had 2 weeks bad time when dropping off because she did not want leave toddler room and move higher to 2T. Almost everyday she is very happy to go to school. She gives big hugs to the teachers at the door and forgets about mommy/daddy right away:(…Jealousy sometimes. Overall, Oceanside KinderCare may not have the best “hardware” (facility) but they do have great “software” (teachers). We trusted them the whole time and felt sad we had to change schools because we moved.I kept telling myself to have a big heart…kids fall, scratch, get hurt when they play. They get sick inevitably when they stay together. That’s natural. Just breath…and give kids room to learn and grow up naturally and happily. During the pandemic, Oceanside KinderCare did a great job setting up rules for dropping off at the door, sanitizing hands, wearing masks, excluding sick kids, and etc. So we can keep working and we do not have to give up our jobs and stay home. We really appreciate what they did to help the kids, the families, and the community.Thank you, Oceanside KinderCare.

I cannot speak highly enough about our experience with KinderCare Oceanside. Daphne and Wilma are absolute ANGELS. I was terrified to drop off my first born baby with anybody other than family at 5 months old when I returned to work, but they made me feel so comfortable and safe. My daughter absolutely adored her teachers and you can tell that they adored her, too. We got at least 1 photo update a day, and several times got a praising description of what my daughter learned that day. We were so sad to leave when my husband got relocated out of state and have yet to find another daycare we loved as much as KinderCare Oceanside! Thank you Daphne and Wilma for everything!!

My daughter has been at KinderCare Oceanside since she was 3 Months old. The teachers she has had there, and the friendships she had made have all been extremely helpful for her development. I would recommend this child care to anyone.
