  I moved here several years ago not knowing what to expect. The community and residents are wonderful! I liked the community so much, I have opened up a real estate office specializing in selling OHCC homes. The best 55+ Active community in Southern California!

  Beautiful Retirement Community with ocean views, quality built houses and nicely landscaped grounds. Lots of activities geared towards retirees.   Ocean Hill Country Club is one of San Diego county's premier 55+ communities. There is a 18 hole golf course, swimming pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, a large club house with a large auditorium for hosting parties and plays. There are over 45 clubs within the community. What's not to like.
