I came in looking for some print outs for a proof of address. I didn't need to check in or even see anybody else but Emily who helped me so quickly. She was impressive in her way of handling the members who were around me and before me. Very well mannered and well controlled branch! Happy to call it my home branch now

I opened an account with Navy Fed. When I went in for the first time to get the debit card and get set up online the gentleman that helped me did an amazing job! I asked about the interest rates on checking and savings he let me know what they were but also let me know about the CD’s. He walked me over and gave me a rates sheet. I left and was on my way to deposit money into a savings at another bank. I went to the other bank and did a smaller deposit than planned and because of the current rates at Navy Fed and the bankers customer service I decided to go back and open a CD with Navy Fed! Thank you so much for the help!

I was in the Navy many years ago, and had an NFCU account for probably 10-15 years until I closed my checking account. Fast forward to now, when I'm over 50 yrs old and am looking to buy a used car. I know credit unions offer the better rates on car loans, and with inflation and post-pandemic interest rates that are sky-high, I went back to NFCU. Turns out I still had my account there, just needed to reactivate it. I got a car loan at a decent rate, and even got a Platinum VISA there at a great rate. So far I have zero complaints. The website app is easy to use, intuitive and overall I wish I had stuck with them all these years (instead of going to BofA ugh).

Great customer service and banking benefits. It has been a great experience I refinanced my car and they put $200.00 into my account. I recommend this credit union for all of your banking needs.

Not as friendly as they used to be. Seems you need to make an appointment to open new accounts, used to be you showed up, checked in and waited about 30 minutes, but always had your back.

I came here the other day to get some money out and I was so lucky to get my card stuck in the machine at first I was scared but then I went inside and spoke with one of the employees and she explained to me that she was going to go turn off the machine and then it would skip my card out all this took less than 10 minutes and she did it with a smile... when I went out side to the ATM to received my card I heard her on the other side ask did you get your card miss lavender? It was like on the jetsonson ...seemed like the machine was talking ..it just made my day I thought I was going to be there so much longer I appreciate the staff at Navy Federal's are always sooo nice and helpful I've been with them for 15 years and I wouldn't Bank anywhere else

Customer service was superb! Friendly and helpful folks. They also do a great job handling with ‘difficult’ mean customers (there are always those people everywhere), but they handle it with a smile and class! Always love seeing employees go above and beyond that take the higher road ??Happy for a great NFCU branch in the area!

If you are getting disabilty payments each month and trying to get a home loan, they don't accept that as income, they also won't accept BAH as income if you're going college, long story short we were not approved.

Navy Federal provides some of the worst customer service I've experienced at any bank. Their mortgage loan processors are terrible, don't communicate, and in one instance outright lied to me.Additionally, recently I went to this particular branch to have two documents notarized. I called the day before to check if, a) the would notarize those particular document types (which were related to a property for which Navy Federal provides the mortgage), and b) if they would have a notary working the next day. I was placed on hold while the customer service rep said they were calling this exact branch to verify they would be able to accommodate my request. After returning, she indicated that it would be no problem to notarize a warranty deed and seller's affidavit, and, "yes", they would have a notary on site the next day. When I showed up to take care of this business, the lady checking in banking customers was rude and dismissive, and the branch then claimed, that a) they would not notarize those documents, and b) their notary wasn't working. Wells Fargo accommodated my request...

Never a bad experience. Always quick and easy with whatever I have to do. Locations are always clean as far as I know.
