Vanessa is an absolute gem. People at the branch on hwy 76 simply wouldn't help me and said to come back later. Vanessa got on the phone and was able to resolve all of the technical issues with the system and helped me finish everything.

I came in looking for some print outs for a proof of address. I didn't need to check in or even see anybody else but Emily who helped me so quickly. She was impressive in her way of handling the members who were around me and before me. Very well mannered and well controlled branch! Happy to call it my home branch now
