Nathan was exceptional. I appreciated the efficiency and respect I received going into this dealership. I didn't have to feel like I was preparing to battle instead I enjoyed the experience and talking to someone who saw me as a fellow human. Very pleasant indeed. Larry Ringstaff is the man. He helped me a lot getting a new van to build out into a camper. I addressed some concerns about the one I was looking at and got it fix before we signed paperwork. Not to mention he got me a full tank of gas and was open and helpful. The whole staff really worked with me to get a good monthly payment and I’m couldn’t be happier. Would definitely recommend this place for your next auto purchase. Thanks Larry and the rest of the mossy team for the help.

They pressured my son into purchasing a different car than he had agreed upon. When the car he purchased started having problems two days later, they refused to fix the car and completely stopped all correspondence. Now we have to have a lawyer deal with them. Do not buy a vehicle from these people

I had the best experience buying a car from mossy Nissan Oceanside. Val helped me from start to finish and went above and beyond. From picking up the car in El Cajon during peak traffic time and staying after hours to deliver the car to me. To literally driving the car home to me since I was alone at the dealership and didn’t have someone with me to bring the car home. Everyone at the dealership was so welcoming. Val explained to me she didn’t think I was going to get approved for the car I was interested in since it was an older car and I needed a loan. She wanted to work with me to get something since we only had 1 car and I was desperate for my own car for my babies. She was able to tell me I was approved for the original car I wanted! Without even coming into the dealership which is a blessing when you have 2 little ones. The finance manager was very nice and helpful also, so sorry I forgot his name lol.
I will definitely be coming back for our next car and recommending this dealership to everyone I know! Thank you Val again for all your help, you are the best!!

Salesman Steve has always been awesome. He was a pleasure to work with there was some numbers in the beginning that didn't work and he spoke to some people and we came to an agreement that was reasonable for both sides. He is an amazing salesman and continues to go above and beyond for customer service. He has helped me and my wife numerous times and I'm glad that he's still at mossy Nissan Oceanside for all the years that he has been there. It feels good to know that there's somebody there for all these years because when I walked into trade in my vehicle and get a new vehicle a lot of the old people that I knew were not there anymore. So it would help to continue to keep people there who have been there for a long time because it makes me feel good knowing that I know somebody. Even the finance guy I forgot his name his name might have been Larry or somebody else he likes to smoke meat And we have had many conversations regarding different types of smoked meats. Everybody there is very friendly and hospitable and I am glad that I choose mossy Nissan Oceanside to get all of my vehicles I have been with mossy Oceanside for about 7 years now and they never disappoint.

After having a 2010 Nissan Altima for 13 years, it was time for an upgrade! With great customer service over these years and the resilience of my vehicle, I wanted to purchase again with Nissan. I walked into the dealership with an open mind. Adam Moberg was helping me decide what vehicle was best with what I wanted and what would fit in my financial budget. After test driving two different models, I found the vehicle with the best price, color and interior I was wanting. Adam was professional and a pleasure to work with. He was patient with me as I was needing time to make a major decision. I decided to follow through by trading in my Altima and come home with a brand new Sentra SV 2024! Rick, the financial manager was also so kind and helpful! I felt taken care of by Mossy Nissan Oceanside and I’m glad to be a loyal customer. My first car buying experience and big girl purchase was made seamless because of the Nissan team to make this happen.
