They don’t even deserve this one star rating. I walked in and she told me “we don’t accept new clients” …??? How do you not accept new clients. Walk in welcome my a** !?the place smells musty too

Didn’t want to do my hair or offer solutions ideas didn’t want to give me availability not good customer service and total waste of time how disappointing.Update:My hairstylist came back from vacation and what a difference in kindness! She made an appointment with me right away , offered time slots, and did a beautiful job on my hair. Exactly how I wanted it. Don’t be treated that your time isn’t worth anything or settle for less. I just felt this place was unfriendly, claustrophobic, and some of the hair stylist wouldn’t give me the time of day like they didn’t want to hear what I had to say or want to work ? I know I have thick long hair but it was just not a good experience .

Rude customer service wouldn’t even acknowledge me or take a moment to set time to speak with me I went there for Moda she told me to walk around to ask other stylists their availability it was really uncomfortable the whole rented salon suite was overall not that friendly besides one hair stylist no one helped to get me an appointment walked out really defeated and bummed…

Jesse is absolutely amazing! He has a great spirit about him and is fun and easy to talk to! He makes you feel comfortable and the end result of his work is fantastic!! Highly recommend going to him for your hair needs/wants!

I absolutely love my hair! Thanks to Charmie! I have found my person and will definitely be back! She was so fast and knows exactly what she was as doing, I knew she wouldn't disappoint! I showed her a pic of what I wanted and gave me exactly what I showed her, probably even better than what I had shown! Lol! Thanks again Charmie! You're amazing! :)

CHARMIE IS AMAZING! I went in for a trim on my layered/long hair and she gave me the best quality cut ever!! Only $35! A few days later I went to her again for a balayage and Charmie did not disappoint!! I had a grown out balayage that was done incorrectly the first time. Charmie just blew my mind with how well my hair came out after she worked her magic on it! I definitely recommend this place and especially Charmie, such a sweetie. On the plus side their prices are extremely reasonable!

I've been going here to see Charmie for the last few years. She always fits me in and is very quick and always does a wonderful job. I usually get a cut/ color every other month when I can and her prices are reasonable. Highly recommend!!
