Mission Asian Market is my go to place to get some essential Asian groceries as well as getting a quick bite to eat. The service is quick and the food is delicious.

No reason to drive to National City for good quality Filipino food. Good quality and quantity of the usual Filipino classics. It gets busy at lunchtime, so be patient. A few tables are available and seats about 10 people (total). We'll be back!
