The do not disturb feature on the moto g stylus does not work. And the block phone calls and text spam blocker don't work. Calls and texts just keep getting through. And after the phone searches for WiFi nearby. It shows my T-Mobile wifi being the only one with weak security. The wifi keep going out and sometimes it keeps me out for an hour before coming back online. This has been going on since I got the wifi and mobile.

I feel robbed , last week I went to another Metro PC's location and they were charging me $70 for reactivation of my phone . But today I went in to this location and Connie said that they were going to charge me $95 dollars for reactivation of my phone . Don't go to this location if you don't want to get swindle for $25 dollars.

Went to metro this evening to see if I could get some answers regarding my Friends phone troubles .DAiSY was very helpful and knowlageble . Great costumer service and cool , she provided a solution to what we needed fast and elequently . Thank you DAiSY And for this I've recommended my associates to to open multiple wireless plans with you at your location , keep up the good work .hhh

Customers service was the best ever!! Employees really know how to run the store their waiting area always clean and sanitize. and when it gets time check my accounts always giving me the best service!!!. Good job!!!!!!!! Management thanks for having professional personnel to help your loyal customer's. Daisy is always focused to any questions i got!!!!!!!!!

CAME IN LAST NIGHT TO GET A REPLACEMENT PHONE AS MY LG STYLUS 4 BROKE DOWN AGAIN. I DECIDED TO GO WITH THE MOTORALA G7 AND IM VERY HAPPY WITH MY NEW AND IMPROVED PHONE. I RECIEVED OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A NON PRESSURE SALES ENVIRONMENT THAT WOULD BRING ME BACK NEXT TIME ONCE AGAIN TO DEAL WITH LUPE. LUPE WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL AND TOOK NO TIME TO SET ME BACK UP WITH MY SERVICE ON A GREAT NEW PHONE. CORPORATE SHOULD BE VERY PROUD OF LUPE AS SHE IS A GREAT PERSON THAT IS PASSIONATE IN PROVIDING EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SHOP AND LUPE TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY AND ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GREAT PHONE SHOP AND SERVICE AND MOST OF ALL LUPE. GREAT JOB LUPE. THANK YOU ?

It is 10:15 and no sign of anyone in the store. They are supposed to open at 10am. I had a simple question about roaming in Mexico, so I am sitting here trying to get 611 to understand my question.
