Avoid this store at all costs. The manager is absolutely terrible and a rude unprofessional woman. I went in there because I had issues with my phone service. They didn't investigate my phone to see what was wrong they said I has to buy a new phone. I then purchased the $525 Samsung phone. Had to pay all these extra fees to keep my number. Still had issues with my service and the phone. That they said was brand new seemed refurbished. It had colour issues going on with screen. The sound when answer calls is terrible. No one could even barely here me when answering phone. I asked for a replacement. Or a full refund back after 2 days of receiving phone. Would have been the next day but they had a sign yp saying gone for 2 hours and ended up being. The whole day. This store is very unprofessional not only with there management of phone issues but being professional on the store. Other t mobile metro stores have even warned me about this place after I told them the issue as where you purchased the phone is the only place to get it solved .I'm waiting for my replacement phone or refund still and they refuse. I am now getting authorities and bank and investigation involved as this is very unfair on any human being to have to deal with. This store should be closed down. Or a new management. I have never experienced such rude poor management in a store like this. And all I gotta say is absolutely terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This women should not be working here. I got lots more proof and videos. This would have been posted a month ago but I've had issues with the Samsung phone. I am still working on this case as the phone is useless.

Sammie helped me switch my sim from my old phone to my new iPhone yesterday. Definitely the best metro PCS in Oceanside! I would recommend for everyone who needs service of any kind to come to this location hands down.

I visited this store around 2pm there hispanic young women that was working was professional helpful and was pattient helping me set up a new phone line. I did not get her name but she was working by herself

The employee that helped me was awesome.Super gregarious, and very thorough and helpful to the other customers in line. The others had some more detailed needs than me (I was only reactivating my phone). The receipt only names her as Belssy..., so it's unfortunate I forgot her name. I am very impressed with how naturally personable she is.

If i could give zero stars i would have! Horrible customer service. Sales reps have no idea what they are doing without a manager on the line with them. THEY WILL NOT KEEP THEIR WORD IN REGARDS TO ANY WARNTY'ED ITEM PURCHASE IN THEIR PARTICULAR STORE! DO NOT GO HERE- I LOVE AND HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH METRO PCS. JUST THIS STORE IN PARTICULAR. When trying to exchange my case which i was told had a year warranty with receipt- LIES!

This place is excellent I went in to warranty my phone and got it in 3 days service was fast and got all my info back they have excellent customer service I send all my employees here from camp Pendleton also I did not pay any fees since my phone was less than a month and my phone was in perfect condition:) High Recommended
