Paid my phone on the first like I usually do. For some reason my phone got shut off call to ask for help but they couldn't help me at all so I had to go to my bank stop payment and pay again pain in the butt don't ever recommend this place ever.

Place is straight trash. Had a broken phone, was just looking for a replacement. Wasn't able to get a phone also didn't give them any money but yet somehow this morning I now have a brand new metro account and a bill along with it. This place deserves 0 stars.

I was a TMobile customer and I needed a new phone. Metro advertised free phones. I went to check it out the had a large amount available for free and I got a 5g Moto plus my discount as a senior. One of the associates help me set up the phone and I just paid my activation fee and I was out of there phone I wanted with the stylus. An offer I couldn't refuse. I must say the Manager and associate Cynthia were really great and professional I would definitely refer somebody here

Had issues with another metro (located in National City) in regards to my phone, they sold me an SD Card despite storage not being the issue as Jesus let me know! He told me to fix my issue we'd have to do a factory reset, but he went above and beyond and made sure all my data beforehand was backed up. I already came to terms with losing my data but I'm very happy I was able to keep it!!

Amazing customer service, they really take their time to help you! I lost my phone and Went to The Metro on Douglass they told me they weren’t able to help me out they can only sell me a phone. This Metro gave me more options, talked to me about my insurance, gave me a option for new number with a really good deal! Offered me water as I was waiting on a hot day! Thank you Jesus and Juana!

The guy who works here named Matthew(I think he's the manager?) is very professional. I initially went because another Metro store did not help me set up a phone when they sold me it. He made sure to do a test call and ensure that everything was properly working.He helped me reunite with a family member I thought I lost by helping me add Mexico calling and contacting them :)Very charismatic and knows a lot about iphones, will help you transfer all your data through the phones!!!Would definitely recommend this location, especially over the ones on Coast Highway. They sold me a phone there once and didn't even activate it ?

Poor service! 0 stars the guy there @12 today was so rude! There was no change at the store so he went on to say that if we were making a big deal about the change he could give it to us & he pulled out 30 cents from his pocket.. the problem was how he said it & his way of explaining so rude..

Tania was the worst ! So unprofessional and rude ! Didn't seems to like working there. If that was the reason for he rudeness then she probably shouldn't be working there. She definitely need to learn how to suck it up things and not give attitude for something that I wasn't even apart of . When I walked in I was nice and friendly but she came at me with noting but unprofessional attitude.

If i could give thos 0 stars i would... try hiring better staff, maybe some that dont show up all stoned out or high on some sort of drug and can have a decent conversation worst customer service I've had in a while what a waste of money... had to drive to a different metro just to get decent help
