As a former State Leo, contracted Security Officer for an Army Base, and a Minister of a Christian Church, I would rate this gym zero. Two employees were very rude when I brought up an issue with their friends or members that they are covering for. I caught the employees on their lies. One employee ran out aggressively towards me screaming, and making demands at me like I am a dog attempting to trick me to walk onto his work property so he can set me up. In doing so he frightened some of the Special Needs at Life of Liberty.

Cancelled my membership, with the owner, on January 15th, and was still charged right away on January 17th. When I went in January 18th to dispute, all an employee had to say was "the owner just hasn't gotten to it, he only cancels once a week". Never got a refund, $30 down the drain. Today, March 1st, I was charged by them yet again with their raised price of $65. Now, $95 in the trash. I have yet to resolve the issue with them since their phone always goes to voicemail. If you ever cancel with them, immediately have your bank block any transactions from them, the gym staff won't cancel for you. Highly do not recommend. "The Gym" in Vista will treat you much better.

Been going to this gym for over 4 years and I love the environment. All kinds of like minded people and made some great friends here. Paul, the owner, is seriously one of the nicest guys you will ever meet! He is really personable and always will help anyone out l. Love this gym. Lots of new equipment and renovations Highly recommend! Thanks Metroflex for being awesome.

The gym is always clean and the staff are always helpful. It's a gym full of people who are all trying hard when they are there. The vibe is chill but definitely focused on improvement. The machines are constantly taken care of made sure to be working properly. I have never seen a machine out of order. Paul is such a cool guy and very knowledgeable.

Five Stars! Metro is an Awesome Gym! Paul is the best and he really cares about the overall experience and atmosphere of the business! All of the upgrades are phenomenal as well. It is nice to see a business in Oceanside that believes in community, excellence, and amazing customer service! Highly recommended!

Metroflex is so much deeper than "a gym where you lift heavy weights." Metroflex is a community where the culture helps you build your foundation, where you gain your voice, envision the person you want to become and then become that person. It's a place to improve, fail, learn and try again without judgement. It's a place of encouragement. It's the community that brought me my two best friends, Emily and Lexi. It's the community where my husband and I go to better ourselves mentally and physically. It's more than a "gym," it's a mindset.

Ive been coming to this gym for the past few months and trust me - it's worth every penny. The equipment & space is always super clean and it's one of the best gym vibes I've experienced. Extremely welcoming for all kinds of people. I've been training with PJ who is the absolute best personal trainer I've ever had. He listens to my all goals and pushes me to be the best I can for maximum results. 10/10 best gym & trainer I've ever had!

Super welcoming! They have anything you can possibly think of I've been training with PJ he's awesome! I'm new to this but he's been a great help I've never felt so happy with my body! The whole gym is split into 3 main spots. 2 mainly having mirrors and they're nice Big mirrors great for posing! If you're looking for a new place to start you guys should look into here!

I absolutely love this gym. They have some of the best equipment in the area and are making upgrades all the time. Plus the atmosphere can't be beat everyone is friendly but there to work hard too it provides great energy to push through your workout. I have been to a lot of north county gyms over the years and have never found anything like it.

I love this gym!!!! Best one I've been to, and I've been to a lot of gyms. The workers are very welcoming and I love the hardcore gym vibe. The machines are top of the line, I get my best workouts using their equipment with great isolation. They provide incredible training as well!! Any trainer honestly, can't go wrong they're all the best. AND they provide the best supplements, I get all of mine there and it all works really well for me. SO needless to say...highly recommend

I am fan of real, old school gyms and love seeking out cool gyms when I go on vacation. Metroplex has a combo of old school and newer machines. Lou, the owner concentrates on equipment that has great mechanical movement and focuses on peak muscle contraction which any experienced lifter knows is key. You will find a lot of very unique pieces of equipment here that you won't find anywhere else. Great old school environment and hard workout culture! Plenty equipment and space. Recently they have invested of lot in new and quality used equipment and they are remodeling to make it even better. Best of all I love the culture here, I'll be back for sure!! Definitely one of the best gyms I have been to! Thank you Alex and Lou for making me feel right at home.

I LOVE THIS GYM! The only thing better is the owner Paul!! He was awesome and so helpful and accommodating. We got fast service and a tour and then we signed up!! I'm so excited to get into the shape I've always dreamed about.
