I had the pleasure of working with Kayla on my visit today. She was extremely pleasant and professional which made the sale extremely easy. She was also kind enough to make sure that I knew exactly what to do after the transaction. I would happily go to this facility again.

I went in today to sell some jewelry that I haven't worn in years. I was uncomfortable and intimidated ... until I met Kayla Harrington. I ended up deciding to keep my jewelry, but Kayla was very professional and answered all my questions. Actually, she did much more than that. She patiently described the process and what my other options were. At no time did I feel pressured to make a decision. Kayla is very passionate about jewelry and I enjoyed learning from her about different metals and precious stones. I guess that's why I decided to keep my jewelry, because I appreciated it more once I knew what it was. I looked up the accreditations on her card when I got back to my car, and that is when I realized she is both a GIA graduate gemologist and graduate jewelry. Now I realize why she is passionate about her profession. I am a big fan of Leo Hamel jewelry. Last time I was in San Diego I stopped by their showroom looking for a used watch and was lucky enough to meet both Leo and Lisa at that time. Very friendly people, I can see how they attract and retain such quality employees as Kayla.

I went to Leo Hamel to sell my jewelry based on some reviews I read. I have to start by saying that Kayla is AMAZING. In a day and age where getting good service is rare, Kayla provided me with an outstanding service. She was polite, punctual, professional, pleasant and honest. You can’t get that kind of service anywhere anymore especially when you’re going to sell something and not buy. Thank you Kayla for your service today. They are lucky to have you. I met with Kayla Harrington for what ended up being a very emotional decision to let go of some family jewelry. Kayla was very professional, compassionate, and made me feel right at home. Bad experience. One person working. When we entered, she was taking care of another customer. No worries. Asked how long it would be, she said 15 minutes. We said we will be back in 15 minutes and promptly returned. She's now taking care of someone else. We asked if we could make an appointment, was told yes but they don't really honor the time.We took our business elsewhere and were very happy. Not coming back to Leo Hamel

I visited Leo Hamel in Oceanside and had the pleasure of working with Kayla Harrington. I had quite a bit of jewelry (that I was not going to keep or give away) from my Mom's Estate and went there to see if any of the items were worth anything. To my surprise, I left there with a check more than 3 times what I thought the items were worth! Not only was I able to sell the items but Kayla gave me some excellent ideas as to what to do with items I left with. It was an excellent experience and Kayla was professional and definitely knew jewelry. Thank you Kayla for a wonderful experience :).

I would love to express my blessings and appreciation for Kelly. She had the ability to feel me completely in good hands. I would say the perfect combination of professional and personal skills. I used to sell some jewelry we never used anymore but Kelly was our best experience Thank you again.
