Took our 15 year old son and 13 year old daughter for their first surfing lessons today. Instructor John did an amazing job. He made it easy for them to understand. He got them up on their first try and they caught dozens of waves ? ?♀️ ?♂️ He did a great job keeping them safe out there as well.

John is a wealth of wisdom in the surfing world. He is thorough, detailed and meticulous in explaining technique, skills and strategies. We are very pleased with LTR and will be returning very soon.

We did a 2 hour 6 person session (ranging from age 12 to age 45) and it was an awesome experience for all of us. Both instructors were incredibly helpful and really knowledgeable. We all got up on our boards and rode on a decent amount of waves within the 2 hour span. We also rented boards from John later on in the week. Grace was really helpful and easy to work with while renting the boards.

Awesome lessons. Had 3 girls 6 to 12 years and Chris was wonderful. They even sent a 2nd instructor Taylor to help. That was unexpected, super helpful, and the girls loved her. Will definitely be back for more lessons.

LTR is the best! Our 5 and 7 year olds have come to love the ocean and surfing through their surf lessons with John, Chris and Ezra. They are so patient and very knowledgeable. We so appreciate LTR!!

Our 5 and 7 year olds asked to do surf lessons at the end of the year and LTR was a perfect fit! Our kids had AWESOME instructors-not only taught them ocean safety and appropriate terms for the parts of the board but gave our kids age appropriate feed back and lots of encouragement to help them progress over the course of their lessons. Communication was great and the kids can't wait to show off their new skills to their family/friends and are already asking if they can take more lessons in the fall!

Such an amazing experience! Very professional and great instructors. We had a group of 6, one profoundly deaf and they were absolutely amazing! Highly recommend!

They failed to verify the requested time/date of the surfing lesson for several days but they took a deposit!Eventually they said they don’t have the instructor available for that date ?We relied on them because the only specific date was available to us and they did not bother to confirm it from the very beginning almost up to the lesson date. We had to cancel… Poor communication.
