Please do not ever close this location! Online shopping is great but the staff at the store are so much better at helping guide customers through their shopping experience. The manager Mr Pal Walia was really nice and very knowledgable. He pointed out things I was not aware of while online. The other employees were also very helpful. The selection in store is amazing. There's nothing like a great in person experience to touch and see the product and variety.

Wonderful employees. Sue was incredibly helpful on a very time sensitive project making sure I received all my items in time and overall going above and beyond. Pal the manager also was very helpful. Great shopping experience

Christine from the Oceanside store far exceeded my expectations going above and beyond with not only her expertise & knowledge but with her friendly demeanor & patience. Being that there were so many beautiful lights to pick from she was able to help us pick a style and color really helping us narrow it down to a few different ones to choose from. Christine’s help both in store & over the phone was invaluable in helping us choose our lighting & I can’t wait for my lights to arrive! If you need help with your lighting needs see Christine you won’t be disappointed….she was WONDERFULL!!!

Absolutely above and beyond customer service experience. Not only does this establishment carry everything under the sun when it comes to lighting, the staff, and specifically Jennifer, are highly knowledgeable and effectively informative in fielding all sorts of specific and general questions about lighting design, safety, functional elements, and much more. On top of that, the staff also have a wonderfully positive and solution-oriented demeanor. If you're thinking for a minute about some sort of lighting-related issue, then you should absolutely consider paying this store a visit.

From the moment I walked into the store, I was treated so well. Christine helped me to find exactly what I was looking for, and Ana helped me to find the matching bulbs. A kind gentleman even helped me place my items into my car. Lovely service! I will be back for more. Thank you to everyone there.

What a wonderful staff here! JENNIFER couldn't have been more helpful or honest about choices. She pointed out several things I hadn't thought about. I just love local stores with knowledgeable staff. The lamps I chose are perfect. Jennifer set my mind at rest about exchanging or returning if they didn't work. Thanks very much for making this purchase fun instead of a chore.

I’ve been working on a project to install a new light shade on a hard wired pendant for a number of months. I had limited options at Home Depot and wandered into LampsPlus. Christine saw my lamp shade and I gave her an idea of the current set up. She quickly found two options for me and also set me up with a local lamp guru! I ordered both pendant options to be safe and am thrilled that they will be delivered to my home.
The store is beautiful. I was looking around and dreaming of various lights in my space. I’ll definitely be back for another fixture when the time comes!
