They continue to run a skeleton crew. There is about 15 people behind me and one register open. Disappointing. Please give the cashier kudos. She actually went to another register and tried to multi task and was polite.
I love kohls. Just not this location. Everyone here doesn't look happy working. The aisles from shoes to home furnishings are just cluttered and dirty. I remember when clothing stores has standards. But this location is disappointing. We had ordered something online. We went back to return it. And they had explained go ahead and shop and do the exchange at register. So we went to cashier only to be redirected back to returns because it wasn't even exchange. Just very disorganized and inconvenient. Floor and carpet not swept. Bathrooms has clippings of toilet paper on the floor. AC was working to comfortable temperatures in the store. The only awesome person who actually was very receptive was Channel at the jewelry department. She was the only one who saved the experience.

I never really been to Kohl's. But I think my aunt took me with her once to pay her Bill. So if that was the store. I saw mostly clothes for women and kids. Nice clothes and elegant fragrances.

I think kohl's is really great because it has a lot of different brands of clothing, plus the employees are great ? and I want to shout out Bryan, who helped my mom create an account. Last, they always have great sales.
