I dropped uniforms off for alterations. They were done out of regulation and way too big for me. I tried the uniform on for them to make their markings and it was worse then when I took it in.

Great dry cleaners, accepting all sorts of clothing and linens. Friendly staff is the best. I'm a regular but they're always very welcoming to me. When you find a great dry cleaner, it's for life.

Dropped 3 jackets here on Monday - asked that they would Definitely be ready by Wednesday as leaving town ( per docket supposedly ready Tuesday pm - )went to pickup on Wed 3pm and One jacket missing !
Very disinterested staff person , who basically blamed a new staff member for not tagging the jacket - then couldn’t say whether it would be back from the other location on the afternoon - said I should go pick up myself ( 3 miles) as the delivery person had no staff at the other location -no apology

Brought my husbands military uniform here because Dorothy's was too backed up from ball season. And they gave him his Charlie's with a chevron on one of the sleeves and the other sleeve is completely missing a chevron. He made sure to ask the worker that everything was good to go and she told him yes even though the uniform was clearly not finished.

Kingsmen Dry Cleaners do great alteration work! I had a seam coming undone on one of my favorite pair of pants. I took them to Kingsmen and was really pleased that they do alterations and were able to have them ready for my by the weekend. Great customer service as always. Thanks again!
