10/16/23. Placed an order for multiple items on a rebuild on my 1979 Super beetle front end suspension. Bushings, ball joints, and a few other misc parts. Next day 10/17/23 Email notification that my ball joints would be 5-7 days delayed. OK, no big deal... 10/31/23 I called Jbugs inquiring about delivery. They said delivery would by 12/15/23- 12/31/23. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! THEY POST AND SELL ITEMS ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT ARE NOT IN STOCK AND WOULD BE 2 MONTHS DELAYED. They did understand my grievance and quickly cancelled my order and gave me a refund. HOWEVER... it is not ok to POST and SELL products you don't have in stock. Unless there is a disclaimer saying this product is not in stock and no delivery time can be promised. Call in your orders and ask specifically if it is in stock.

I have tried contacting their knowledgeable technical staff because of light buckets not fitting and sent pictures and contacted them twice only for them to say you have to fool with it and make it fit I have spent a lot of money with this company to receive cheap chinse . replacement part a wiring harness which does not match anything and missing pieces I am really disappointed They real good at selling you parts

Been very happy with all the parts till they recently sent a part that didn’t fit my car , asked them for a return label , and they didn’t provide one . Place another order for front and back bumpers , they sent me two front bumpers instead of one of each , callen them back , sent them an email with my concerns , no response or follow up call , always have to be the one calling them to fix their mistakes , not the way to treat customers that have spent thousands of dollars on parts , beyond dissapointed.

Not to dispute other reviews..But, I've always received stellar service and quality parts. I ordered on 8/18/23, received notice on 8/21 that they shipped. Received order 8/25. The only thing is that they don't send tracking info , but I don't care . I always get my stuff

Avoid JBugs! Their customer service is abysmal. I had placed several orders with them, and on the most recent order, I had an item in my cart that did not appear on the receipt. I messaged them 17 minutes after the order was placed on Friday evening, unsure if there was a glitch or if the issue was on my end, but JBug customer service was useless. They responded on Monday evening at 6:32, refusing to add or ship the missing item with a back-order one which was not scheduled to ship for almost another week. I canceled my back-order item and will never deal with JBugs again. Terrible service, zero flexibility – steer clear!

Literally every single time I've ordered from here, there's a problem. Either the items arrive damaged because they're thrown into a box with no padding and I spend hours doing bodywork or dealing with customer service to ship it back for a refund, or I get an email immediately after my order saying things are ACTUALLY out of stock. Update your site to be more accurate instead of this pathetic bait and switch nonsense. I wouldn't have ordered if the product ACTUALLY said it was out of stock! Shop somewhere else until they decide to fix some serious processes.

Will I buy from JBUGS again? More than likely. But only when my project is months out from being completed. If you are on a deadline to get your project completed then you are better off ordering somewhere like Amazon. We did a starter to starter comparison between JBugs and Amazon as well and the Amazon starter was far superior for the same price. JBugs LIVE Chat person named "Marila" is also a dude. So don't let the name fool you. Dude has an attitude. They could not get me a simple air cleaner sent to me in a decent time. It has been nearly FOUR weeks since my order and I haven't received it. You would get the same air cleaner on Amazon in two days if you order there.

My number 1 source for my daughter's 73 stoopid(super)beetle. Parts have always been 10/10, the website is easy to use, and their youtube videos are freakin good. Just wish they'd throw in a tshirt for all the money ive spent the last 2 years

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever bought from. I ordered auto parts for a car from this site and was only informed AFTER placing the order that the item is out of stock and in back order. Since I needed the part urgently and could not wait for the back order, I emailed customer service twice to cancel the order. They did not respond to my emails so then I tried to call. A rep named David was incredibly rude, refusing to cancel my order despite my obvious right to cancel since I was uninformed of the item being out of stock and the order not having shipped yet. He was impolite, discourteous and unwilling to come to a solution. I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card since the company was refusing to refund me. This company is a scam and completely dishonorable.

I ordered 2 kingpin kits by mistake. I called Jbugs and got a RMA, printed their Fedex shipping label and sent it. I guess they have porch pirates because they say they never get the package. Is it Fedex or is it Jbugs. I don’t know but I’m out $80 bucks and they don’t care

Hello, I purchased door panels (left and right)for my 78vw bus. Quality not the same as OE mat., and right panel suffered damage trying to put on door. Called JBugsand was told to bad can't buy just one side. Wow SOL too bad for ME. Thanks a lot JBUGS,for no help$$$
