I hate leaving a poor review for Dr. Italiano, because he's a decent doctor, but his staff is beyond incompetent. I don't think I've ever physically gone into their office, or emailed with their office, and come out of the experience with an answer or a solution. I've dealt with MANY frustrating messages back and forth with his staff (he rarely messages patients) who hardly even perform their jobs at a bare minimum- they'll respond to messages within 48 hours, but they will not help you in any way unless you make an appointment, which brings in money for their office. One example is that I had a battery of labs completed to address abdominal discomfort I was having- and Dr. Italiano emailed me saying everything looked great, regardless of multiple readings being out of the "normal" range. I specifically pointed this out to him, and his staff responded saying if I wanted to address a new concern I'd have to schedule an appointment. A couple days ago I was asking them for help viewing a form they had sent me through their app, they responded that I had to view it in "the portal", and when I asked them what/where this "portal" was (in the app or somewhere else), they messaged me back saying they could no longer assist me and if I wanted anything I had to call their records department (who have also proven to be completely incompetent in the past). This office drops the ball in every way, and they only care about making money off office visits. They do not care about you or your health, and only want to line their pockets with the money your insurance provider pays out for endless office visits. I will absolutely be changing my PCM, because I'm so tired of dealing with this staff.

I really like him. He always has made me feel extremely comfortable when I have visited him. He is not egotistical like so many doctors. Very nice and professional. Has no problem doing what needs to be done to help his patients.

He made me feel extremely uncomfortable every time, I never want to see him again. He’s awkward and weird, that’s how I would describe him.He’s the reason why I don’t like male doctors anymore nor trust them because of him, he even made my husband uncomfortable.

Words can’t express how disappointed I was with my first visit here altogether. I haven’t seen a dr in 2 years. I’ve been struggling mentally so bad and have struggled with joint pain. I am finally ready to get better and do better for myself. I was excited for my appointment to get on track to feeling better. So I schedule my appointment and I show up. Due to covid they make you wait in your car and fill out a sheet to see if you’re showing signs of covid (which is understandable) I’ve had this cough that Ive had due to vaping and I put that down because I wanted to ask about it. They wouldn’t let me in at first because they thought I had covid. So I had to wait in my car. Then a nurse came to get me and there was an incredibly rude security guard that kept giving me dirty looks. I then entered the office and waited for Dr Italiano. He came in and didn’t introduce himself at all just said “what can I do for you” I told him everything and he seemed like he was in a rush to get me out of his office. I told him about my mental state and he asked me what I wanted to start taking?? Like ok I gave him the name of an antidepressant I was interested in and he said okay and then went over these questions that I had already filled out TWICE in the office. After the questions he said “the lab is downstairs” and then said “is there anything else I can do for you” at this point I was just over the rudeness and lack of concern or help. So I just said screw it. I left and he said “bye” I’ve never felt like my concerns weren’t important in my life by a Dr so I was completely disgusted. They told me in the lab I had to wait 3 days for results and today they just called me and said “your prescription is ready and your tests are negative” and that is all. The doc never went over medication side effects or how the medicine works with me. I’ve never had such poor experience in my life. I will not be going back here EVER again. I’m truly so saddened by the lack of care that these people have for their patients. Especially Dr Italiano.

First time in my lifetime where I went to see the doctor and he seriously cared. The first time in my lifetime where he took his time and was not in a hurry. He really wanted to see what the problem was and have a plan to fix things for not just the moment but future. I actually renewed my insurance earlier this year and they had me with a different primary and I was fortunate enough to to change back to Dr. Italiano

The level of incompetence of the office is staggering. I called for a refill and was told she called it in. I went to the pharmacy and no record of it. I am a newer patient and the 1st time I saw Dr Italiano I told him I fired my last Dr because the office would call in wrong prescription or not at all. He assured me that would never happen. Ok. So 3 months ago they did screw it up. It took a couple days to straighten it out. I found out the # I was calling was off his website and it is the WRONG NUMBER ! They don't even have the ability to change the # on his webpage ! So this time ( again) the pharmacy didn't even have a record of it being called in. Cvs called several times, no pic up. I callled MYSELF 3 times and found out they have a call center. You cannot call the Dr office directly. THREE times they try to call the office nobody would pick the phone up. I DROVE to the office and they are on the phone...."is your phone working ? Yes" . ,Why don't you answer it "? So Sarah PROMISED to look into it and call me back Day 2: I call 3 times.....same thing. I go through the " call center ( Patty) Nobody would pick the phone up. Day 3: finally after being put on hold for 9 min by the call center, I was connected . I ask Sarah why she didn't call me back. She claimed she did but was unable to leave a VM. I don't believe it. She then said she would get back to me again. FORGET IT DR Italiano, if this is the way you run your business, blowing off your clients, not able to call (What if its an emergency ? ) , staff promising to get back, unable to call office directly, not updating your webpage, I cannot trust you. Your staff is not qualified to run a lemonade stand.

If I could rate this guy 0 stars or put him out of practice I would. He interrogated me for over an HOUR when I went into his practice. I had to go through the same set of questions 3 times during my office visit and NOW, 18 months later his office is finally calling to bill me which is outstanding. Can’t wait to see the number I’m gonna get. SCREW this guy, his practice, his office, and his billing staff. Thanks a heap
