While I was parked in the range parking lot adjacent to the entrance, a vehicle dented my car on passenger side, and left the scene. Hit-and-run. No note.
I Called the range several times, including the night *of the incident* but I waited days to get a response.
Female Owner was supposed to review surveillance footage and call me back, she never did.
Manager Chris called me and dicussed the footage with me, said they would release the footage to my Insurance company who has called them repeatedly, but Iron Sites has not responded. Chris said the owner was unable to call me because "things happen".
My car was damaged on your property, show some decency towards your customers, show some empathy and ethics.
*This establishment has surveillance footage showing a raised truck- with a man and woman inside- pull in next to my car where the damage was, yet you will not release it to my insurance company?
This couple was turned away at 8:30pm from the range. I came out to my vehicle shortly thereafter.
Why wont Iron Sites release the footage to my Insurance?
My Insurance company has called you several times and left messages.
*This seems oddly suspicious to me*
If there is nothing to hide and you aren't trying to cover for anyone, then why not provide surveillance footage to my insurance company?

I am a member of this range. Friendly, helpful staff maintain an excellent and safe facility. This is a great place to enjoy shooting whether you're an experienced shooter or have never shot before.

Clean, well appointed shop and range. Kept to good safety guidelines. Several employees helping customers, Chris was particularly helpful and friendly. Even though busy on a Sunday, no wait.

Great place. One of the nicest indoor ranges I've been to. Their ammo is at competitive prices, and the staff is super cool and friendly. Huge selection of guns gear and ammo!! Just a great place .
