let me start with the Names! Anthony Siaweleski (general manager)Don Weiss (service director)Do NOT by any chance, ever buy any electric vehicles from this dealership, both those clowns show the true face of Mossy Nissan, my recent purchase of tesla from them became a nightmare, Dong Weiss told me to GTFO of a dealership, couse they couldnt comply with a simple fix they suposed to do, sold me a car that was crashed,they lied about the car never been in an accident, and it has multiple issues, couse the car, was never done or fixed properly. in a month, my car spend over 12 days on a dealership, no call back, no updates, you have to either go in or call multiple times to get any info out of them. some things they fix and rest they say its not our problem, couse you got aftermarket parts! so just know! if you buy any used car you will never get it repaired! ill be contacting corporate and the rest who ever i can, to share my experiance from this dealership! Far worst dealer in san diego, never going back to them!

I've had some bad interactions with some local car dealerships of late and I've had to write some disappointing reviews as a result. Since I hate doing that, I figured I would balance it out with some love for Robin Rush at Infinite of Oceanside. Robin took over as my service advisor when Perry Infiniti went out of business during covid, and she has been great to deal with each and every time I've taken my QX50 in for service. She promptly greets me each and every time I show up for my appointment, provides an honest estimate, and makes sure all of the work is finished in a timely fashion. I've never been asked to replace or purchase anything my car doesn't need and she's always pleasant to work with when getting my car serviced.

If I could leave less than one star I would. Long story short, loyalty means nothing if it means you're ending your relationship with this dealership. 7 years and when it finally came time to turn in my final lease, they gave me a lowball offer despite the value of my vehicle being higher. I wasn't even trying to make a profit, just wanted a fair payoff. I stepped into Infiniti of Kearny Mesa for the very first time and they were able to offer me a fair price for my car in less than 30 mins. Now I wish I had given them my business instead. Lesson learned!

I had a prepaid maintenance plan which was expiring so I scheduled a service appointment with Robin Rush. I requested all the covered services and inspections applicable to service# to be done during this time and found out that one of the covered services listed on the prepaid maintenance plan cannot be covered as for some reason the system does not list that as part of the "allowed services." She gladly contacted the warranty services, explained the situation, and made sure so it can be covered per the agreement. She immediately called me the next day and scheduled a follow-up visit. She is courteous, reliable, and easy to work with. Thank you Robin for making this process hassle-free. I highly recommend her to anyone who is visiting the Infiniti of Oceanside.

I worked with PJ to purchase a certified used car. From the moment I called to inquire about the vehicle to the final purchase, PJ went above and beyond to ensure my customer experience was top-notch. He brought the car to my home for me to test drive it, and we were able to take care of a majority of the negotiations and purchase over the phone. PJ worked hard to accommodate my crazy work schedule so that when I arrived to pick up my car the remaining part of the process took about an hour or less. I met with other members of the team during the final part of the purchase process and it's clear that they have a good workplace culture as the they seemed to genuinely respect one another and have a fun team dynamic. Would definitely purchase from this dealership again.

I went over to look at a used Infiniti QX60, but I ended up looking and test driving a few different cars and the process taking like an hour... through this whole time, Cody sincerely and honestly helped me decide without any pressure to buy or time limits- Thanks Cody! Had Infiniti for years. Robin had been our Service Advisor and followed her from Kearny Mesa to Oceanside. She is fair and communicates so I understand what our cars need. Don't get the chance to say thank you always but my Q50 from 2014 still looks and runs great. Having it serviced through the dealer and her was worth it.

Robin I'd awsome hands down best service advisor I ve had in 10 years of having a car she huge heart is straight forward upfront. I will drive out of my way to come to the dealership and just to see her, her positive energy is infectious. She deserves everything coming her way.
