Booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance, ummm hmmmmm yes thats what I said...confirmed the afternoon before the appointment, still on. At the end of the day, before the appointment after I confirmed, got a text asking can we reschedule.? My reply ok, blocked...negative..I don't do flakes. Don't care what came up! Sounds harsh, SO I'm a nurse I don't flake, I show up when scheduled..no excuses. It was rude and unprofessional.. Hope if anyone else chooses this salon they have better luck than I did.
