We’ve been a client of Hume & Company for over 20 years and they have taken great care of us. From their service to amazing staff, they go out of their way to help their customers stay termite free without recommending unnecessary services. Our family and friends have used them too who also appreciate Hume’s honesty and integrity. We would highly recommend Hume!

I paid $4600.00 as my share in an 8 unit Condominium complex, the HOA decided that several units had termites, we didn’t. At any rate, we had to tent and one year later I sold our unit and before we closed escrow, we needed a release which Hume never submitted, we had a 20 day escrow and my realtor went to Hume for the written release and Hume charged $150.00 dollars for a written report for my escrow closing. After being forced to use this company I was missing Items from my house, had oil stains on my driveway from their truck and had a $350 water bill from them leaving the water on for 3 days. Not to mention the owner is extremely insulting. Avoid like the plague.Service: Termite extermination

I have used Hume for over 20 years. I would highly recommend them. They are super efficient, professional and well priced. I always get three bids when using a service. First impression was not bad. Inspected my house and they recommended local treatment. But other company recommended the humigate.After local treatment, termite found and they did not find it at the time. I ask fumigate with credit. But they did not give full credit and fumigate price is also higher than others. I will not recommend the companyServices: Termite inspection

Called for a second estimate on tenting for termite treatment, representative from the company arrived, inspected the house, stated we would receive the estimate next day. We explained that we needed it done in the next two weeks. Called on the third day after not receiving an estimate, they stated it would be sent out that day. Never received estimate, even checked junk folder. Called the company that gave us the first estimate but the open dates were filled. I will never use or recommend this pest control company.

Called for an inspection for termites and to determine whether to have house tented. They sent Kurt out, nice enough, inspected the house and said it needed to be tented and that we would we receive an estimate the next day. I explained that we needed the tenting done within the next two weeks. No estimate was received so I called after on the third day, they said it would be emailed later that day, it never arrived. I had already had one estimate prior to this and was waiting on this estimate to compare. Since multiple days had elapsed since the first estimate when I called to go with the first estimate the available dates were filled. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone that needs pest control.

I work for a mortgage company, and needed a termite company to get me a termite inspection, and be paid through escrow. I spoke with Steve, who was extremely helpful, and just so friendly overall. He was quick and to the point, and was the only company that picked up the phone! And on top of that, his price was the lowest I've seen in years.
