Terrible service. We ordered tile online for curbside pickup and drove an hour from our house to pick it up. We ended up going into the store to get it and they didn't even have the quantity we had already purchased. No apologies, no assistance. No attempts to resolve the issue. Three stores later not one store was able to fulfill the order, even though we purchased in advance through curbside pick up, had a confirmation for the quantity.

I went to Home Depot to get some things for the garden. I am deaf so I have to let people know I will have a hard time understanding them when they have a mask on. I proceeded to get a lecture on:1) He doesn't t believe in masks.2) Because the Democrats couldn't defeat Donald Trump, China released a virus to beat him. After I told him I already had Covid-19 and had some severe side effects, he mentioned he's had lots of virus in his life too.Would it be possible to come to Home Depot with out a political lecture from a moron?Talk to your employees and train them better on customer relations. Otherwise I really like shopping at Home Depot.

Just saw a car hit another car in the parking lot and try to leave. I stopped her and then went inside and told customer service. Asked them if they could say something over the intercom about someone car or ask them come to front do they can say privately.. somey. And their reply was we don't do that. we are not allowed to do that so basically is something happens to you in the parking lot don't come in here asking for help they arent going to do anything about it. Don't let anybcrime happen to you here at Home Depot cause they want nothing to do with it. She said they'll need to file a report it's not any of their concern.

Super organized and efficient purchasing our poinsettias. Met fun people in line. Employees were working hard and smiling big. This is one of our family traditions. Thank you!

This place has everything but sometimes it's too big for me so I will often go to Ace Hardware for easier things.

Good store. Nice customer service. Kid's workshops too, and keys made. Located near college and the 78 freeway.

I'm typically a HD fan but when the freezer broke in the wee hours of the morning we needed a new one and it was the same price to fix it as it was to replace it so I took my 97 year old grandpa shopping. Since he's in a wheel chair it's hard . I ran in so I could grab a motorized cart ... 4 of them are out of order and 2 are dead so we had to push him in the wheelchair. We went to the appliance department and they had one employee who was working. 10 minutes later we left you lost our sale today guys . It's 4th of July weekend you should have more employees and charged scooters

It's hard to find people to help you. I just wish they did more to make that happen. It's important for most of us who don't know what we are doing and need guidance.

This review is for the delivery service we received today by Mario and Aldair. These guys were incredible. They served us with the upmost patience and professionalism, they truly went above and beyond in assisting us with our stove and refrigerator. Thank you guys for fast and efficient service!

Go to Lowes! Why? Will I use to shop mostly at Home Depot but it's hard to get help when you need someone. At Lowes they have paging buttons at different stations such as, bulk wire, lumber cutting and key machine to name a few. Lowes offers a 5% discount when you use their credit cards regardless the cost of purchase. Home Depot seems to be understaffed maybe that's the source of their bad customer service. For being a Fortune 500 company you think they could hire a few more employees at minimum wage. I wish Yelp had a negative star rating for some business such as HP.

Customer service was absolutely rude, I stood at the counter for 15 minutes while they ignored me. I was so fed up by the time a member from another section had asked if I was being helped I left the store, no longer shopping here. I was not returning anything/or coming to the counter to complain. I simply had came to ask a question.

Ever since we bought our first home last month, I've felt like these people have become my second family! I have been on a mission to replace the entire upstairs flooring (and some downstairs) with Pergo because the previous owners had dogs and I am severely allergic. We have less than two weeks until we move into the new house and he flooring contractor will be starting the floors on the 10th, so I am in crunch time mode, between buying flooring, caulking, tools, adhesives, and even a barbecue! So far we've bought 75 boxes of Pergo, and between what installation will cost as well as the quality of the flooring, it's going to be much cheaper to "do it ourselves" than it would have been to have a flooring company come in and install. Unfortunately, I'm not the best at taking measurements, so I was a little off on my previous estimates, but last night, one of the flooring workers sat with me and converted all of my inch measurements to feet, told me how many boxes each room would take, and helped me order the parts for the stairs that were not available at the store. Although those will take a while to come in, we will be okay getting everything installed to that point, and the stair edging isn't a major issue - more of a cosmetic detail that will eventually need to be resolved before we can say the place is "done." They have a fantastic military discount (with ID) for those of you who have proudly served your country, and the 10% off has been a godsend for us, saving us literally hundreds of dollars on our washer and dryer, refrigerator, and flooring (let's not forget that barbecue too!). Buying a new home is more this. Just escrow and paperwork...sometimes there has to be some work done in order to make it a home...and that's exactly why I adore the Home Depot. They help you make your house into the home you want at a price you can afford, with people who know what they're talking about. It's going to be a long drive to get here from our new house, but I'll make the trip to this location, because it's worth it!

Giving this place a 5 stars because of Mike in the Paint department. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. I had multiple jobs around the house and I needed a lot of advice. He took his time and really educated me on all of my projects. Thank you Mike!!!!

Shocked to see two Home Depot employees watch and permit a young family to bring a large, non-assist dog into the store and walk the aisles. Does the store manager understand the legal risk?

They just got a new phone system, good luck calling. This is my 4th call. Just need an question answered. Transferred me to Hardware, where "Manny" dropped my call 2x, Why am I taking the time to write this right now? Because I am on hold with the operator, listening to ads waiting to be transferred to Manny and hopefully not dropped again. Did they not give you proper training? Not being a j*** just asking....::::. ope! Aaaaaaaaaand Just got hung up for the 2nd time by the store main Lin (Who never answered because it went straight to hold/ads commercials. Never ever have I wanted to hear crappy hold music rather than these ads). So I hat makes 4. disconnects. I'll try it one more time. Nope. Stayed on hold till I was hung up on again. 5x. I wonder if they read these. Guess I will call your store on El Camino Real.
