Girl (name on cart was Soile) used cold water to fill up basin, I literally had ice cold toes so halfway through I told her I couldn't keep my feet in the water. She didn't file my nails, just cut them. I even told her I like them short. Then she only did cuticles on one of my feet. It's always a crapshoot when I come to this spot but polish seems to last a long time that's they only reason I come back.

I would not recommend this salon to anyone. I went here to get a set of acrylic nails and the technician filed my nails so hard, it left cuts on the side of my fingers. When I pulled my hand away and said "ouch" the technition grabbed my hand back and filed my nails harder and faster using both a electric file and hand file. I asked for the nails to be removed and they said "no" and insisted to reshape the nails instead. This was also when she cut my fingers with the file, again. I paid $40 for these nails and they would not refund my money. I would NOT go back here ever again and would highly suggest someone look into whether or not this place is operating with legal, current licenses.

I got a pedicure from here and I am not satisfied with the results. My French tips were not straight and there were nail polish residue on my foot. They left me UNHAPPY

Just happened to go here since i'm not from the area, but Mia is the best! Look at this perfect nude fill She is a perfectionist. This place was all around awesome and it makes me want to drive from temecula every 2 weeks now lol!

I went here to get a manicure and ended up walking out before it could begin. First, the person who greeted me gave me a mean look when I mentioned I was wanting a regular (not gel) manicure. Then, the majority of nail polishes to choose from were almost gone and dried up. Very poor condition. It made choosing a color difficult. Finally, I'm directed to sit down at table 5 next to another person getting her nails done. The nail technician is currently telling the customer next to me that she will need to wait 1 hour while her nails dry! The technician then proceeds to ask me if I'm getting gel manicure done. I told her no, just regular because I don't like how long it takes for gel to come off. The technician frowns at me and tells me that she was just telling the other customer next to me how she too would have to wait 1 hour to dry her nails if she did a regular manicure only. I told her that was not correct because doing my own nails or getting them done at my usual nail salon, it only takes 10-15 minutes for my regular manicured nails to dry. The technician attempts to argue with me so I told her I can just go to a different place if need be. She gives me the silent treatment so I walked out telling her that's no problem and I would be on my way out. Don't go here--they are not in it for the customers. They're selfish babies who say the most ridiculous and outrageous things to try to upsell their services. They're willing to make themselves look completely foolish and for what? That's the opposite of professional. I'll continue going to my regular nail salon from now on where I don't get swindled and they treat me respectfully and have much better products.

I had a terrible experience at Happiness Nails. The gel removal was done unprofessionally, causing significant damage to my nails. It's painful, and I can't use my hands normally now.The waxing session for the bikini area was also a disaster. The practitioner seemed inexperienced, touching my face multiple times while struggling with the paper strips. Instead of using wax, she resorted to a face razor, resulting in a lot of remaining hair.Hygiene was a concern too : they didn't disinfect tools, and the waxing area was not clean…

Went for a handful of gel manicures and every time within just a few days my nails would be chipped. So frustrating. Don't go here. They don't use quality polish. Doesn't last. Only positive is there usually isn't a wait.

I will differently go back. Kim was very professional and fast. I went in for pedicure and full set and was done within 1 hr and 30 minutes. Totally love my new set and pedicure. I will differently be back.

More expensive than most, but just OK work. I had a mani-pedi, but just got clear polish on my fingernails. If they did put a top coat on (only 2 very quick coats, so definitely not both base and top), it sure didn’t seal tightly, as the polish started peeling off the next day.
If you’re in a hurry, you’ll really like these girls. But if you want a relaxing, pampering treatment, maybe look elsewhere.
