I asked what was the color of the day and was told San Diego County TOOK AWAY THE COLOR DISCOUNTS. that is just greed. The items are 100% donated. Why do you need to take away a perk given at every other Goodwill unless you are wanting to increase your bottom line? I also noticed only higher end items were at this location. The displays made me feel like I was in Home Goods or Bed Bath And Beyond. Sorry but your psychological marketing strategy didn't work on me..

Efficient drop off point for donations of household goods and clothing. Drive-through setup makes it easy.

Goodwill is not the place it used to be. Broken, damaged candles for 5 bucks with tj max right next door brand new at the same price. The people out back are always rude and make you do weird things now, I remember being able to come here and just drop stuff off. Now I need to do their job too? Plus, as you may have heard, goodwill corporate takes all the expensive stuff out to sell online anyway. These items won't even be given to my own community. Never again :/

I like this good will, it's very well organized and I've gotten some Lululemon work out wear, housewares, kitchen gadgets, toys, kid clothes, etc. Like all goodwills... you never know what you're going to get.

The problem is the poor attitude and manners of the staff. We have waited in a line of folks donating items and watch the staff rudely reject a large portion of the donations for no apparent reason.

Not even 5 mins in the dressing room and the employee opens the dressing room door with no knocking or hello as I am changing and of course I am in disbelief because I am sure she remembers opening the door for me I mean come on the light is on and you can clearly hear me. Anyhow she offers no apology until I confront her when I finish changing she then apologizes because there is another employee around. Her apology did not appear sincere and she took it very offensively. I didn't even get to finish trying my other things because I was very uncomfortable. I haven't ever experienced this sort of treatment I will not be back. A simple genuine apology would have done it but the energy was very negative.

Thrift store shopping is always a hit or miss...but this location was a definite HIT!!! I found a creme Vince Catumo trench for $7.99 in my size!!! Got 4 other pieces for the winter which totaled out to only $37. The store was very clean, organized, and the staff was very friendly. I'm not from the here, but will make it a point to come to this Goodwill whenever I am in the San Diego area.

Found some unique jeans and a cute target dress for about $13 total (with a 10% student discount). Lots of clothes but not so much in the way of home goods, electronics, etc. The items had different colored tags but it didn't look like this location did any color-specific sales like I've seen at other locations (no signs or anything). Donations taken around the back of the building and electronic donation receipts given with QR code

I enjoy shopping at this store. The workers are always nice and helpful, although the prices of clothes can be a bit high as some people have mentioned. However, I'm reviewing the donation drop off in the back. Everywhere else I go to drop off things at goodwill and other thrift stores are always willing and able to help you unload your donations out of your car. Whether it's a few things or a big load. I had a big and heavy load of things from moving, and the gentleman (who didn't even greet me with a hello), at this location (by TJ Max) stood behind his podium table and watched me unload the items and make several trips. He pointed to which bin I needed to put the things in. I kind of laughed and mentioned I've always gotten help unloading things. He grabbed one of the bins I had, and placed where it needed to go. May not be a big deal to some, but I recommend going to the other drive up locations if you need help unloading, as chivalry is dead at this location.

Went to donate a bunch of office furniture that was in good condition that was not being used anymore. Loaded everything up and went to drop it off. The guy told me they wouldn't take any furniture. Since when do these places get so picky??? Told me I could drive to San Diego and see if another store would take them. With gas the way it is, no thank you. So much for trying to help them out...

Prices are outrageous for donated items . Some things you can find cheaper brand new. Long sleeve shirts are 7.99. I saw shorts for 9.99. T-shirts are 5.99. Not sure who does their pricing????

This Goodwill is super! The clothing is carefully sorted into sizes, with the sizes also clearly marked on the tags. Same with the purses, and lots of other treasures. The staff is really friendly and helpful. It's just a pleasure to shop and browse here.
