This Goodwill is way too expensive. $30 for a very worn workout top and $25 for some pants. Goodwill receives these items for FREE. Even people in need can’t afford this goodwill. Cheaper to shop new. Very disappointing

I contacted the Goodwill to pick up my large entertainment center that I was donating. The customer service was excellent and kept me informed of arrival and the name of the pickup person. The pickup person contacted me the night before to confirm. I had to pay to have it hauled away but it was much cheaper than other methods I investigated. The pickup guys were very courteous and careful. I would definitely use them again!

We came to drop off furniture just hours after being told they take furniture just to be greeted by one of the worse people I’ve encountered at a Goodwill. Not only was she rude she flat out did not do her job. The worst customer service I’ve ever gotten in my life and I work retail. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

if i could give this place zero stars i would. i thrift and donate often and goodwill has risen their prices so high you are better off paying full price somewhere else being that they are nearly parallel. the avg price of jeans here is abt 10$ and today there was a candle from ross, i peeled back the goodwill tag to see the original price out of curiosity and IT WAS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN NEW FROM ROSS. the people are rude and very pushy. before it was a joke that it was so expensive and now it is just outrageous, especially since they are located in a lower income area. try going to kit and caboodle, or the dav for actually reasonable prices, nicer workers and just as good of clothes. to add to that i witnessed two of the workers disrespecting and talking down on one of their down syndrome co workers. goodwills mission to do good is bs and they are so clearly just money hungry even though many people rely on them for affordable clothes and household items. i refuse to support this business in any way any longer.

Very well organized and found some great finds at a good price. If you're looking for brands such as:Nike, Zara, billabong, adidas, crocs, and anything close to this category this is your store.

I truly wish there was a zero star. I normally go to this Goodwill, but I will not be going anymore. They have been micromanaging the dressing rooms saying that one person stealing, ruined it for everyone else and are now treating everyone like thieves. I was also threatened by an employee while I was in the dressing room, the man didn't know my wife was standing near him and overheard everything. I truly hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

The store was well stocked & clean with items on the shelves and very organized by color...however the prices were extremely high for thrift store items. You price higher, of course the shelves will remain full. We found 3 items within reasonable prices, however I probably would have left with way more items had the prices been more reasonable!

I've been debating on doing this review because I love Goodwill and I am a frequent shopper and donater, but enough is enough! I am a college student and I understand that college students are able to get 10% discounts right off the bat when an ID is shown. I am constantly harrassed and asked to show proof that I am attending college. I don't know her name, but she is Asian with a bob short hairstyle with highlights. She works the register and is always chewing gum. She's inconsistent by always asking for proof of my college courses whether it's email or class grade. I'm always open to showing her proof by displaying what she wants on my phone screen, but instead she physically grabs my phone with dirty gloves that she use with every customer that she comes in contact with. This lady thinks that she owns this thrift store and is not welcoming and inviting to shoppers. I donate and shop constantly here. This is the ONLY Goodwill store that I constantly experience this type of behavior by employees. Management, please.. DO something about this!

Been coming to this store for years with no issue with my teacher discount. Now all of the sudden all of the staff members have been SO rude to me and deny my discount because my teacher ID card says “team” instead of “teacher.” Today the employee said I need a CTA ID, which is a teacher’s union. My school doesn’t have a union as it is a charter school. Such a bummer that they have been so rude lately over a 10% discount. Doesn’t feel good to go to a store where they imply that I’m being dishonest.

Honestly I have never had a bad experience at any of your locations before until I went to this one. I understand that I'm not the most practical shopper by practical I mean I do collect a lot a lot of things in my cart as I walk through the store and because obviously I'm not made of money I have to go through my car after or midway through and put things back on the shelves myself, I struggle with severe, social anxiety after Covid and shopping by myself is something that I can barely handle but I'm really working on it and that's the system I have to use in order to one not spend a lot of money and to not leave with severe anxiety. Obviously your staff does not know that so I understand a little bit, but my first encounter with someone on your staff I'm assuming the manager on my cart was filled she was not nice at all. I've never been approached by a manager that I've never spoken with before, and she has already been irritated with me, and her words are like she hates being there basically not to mention after I was told that my car was too full and I had to come to the front and put my car up front for safety purposes, which I've never heard of before in my life, I brought it up to the front and while your entire staff was literally gossiping around me and staring at me I had one of your employees that was actually nice to me. I did not get her name but she was very very nice as for everyone else I felt humiliated. The manager was never nice to me through the entire encounter. Actually continue to barely ask questions and they were not a nice verbiage at all. I left the store, literally in tears and it may sound not significant, but having everybody in the store talking about me as if I had tried to steal something was awful! If I could write the store zero and tell nobody to go there, or nobody to come in contact with that manager specifically, I would

This store is well organized, but prices are not competitive with other thrift stores nearby.

I’m very impressed with this store. The quality of stuff that was in there. It was fantastic. If you’re ever in this area and you like drifting stores definitely definitely stop by and check this one out. As well as the people who work there very helpful, one of the most organized, thrift stores I’ve been in as of late where you can actually find the sizes and then not just all mixed together. Got a decent shirt for five bucks and the guy I know got a pair of iconic leather converse sneakers for only 12.99 quite a deal.
