The employees are always so sweet to me when I come in, never failing to offer to look in the back for kirby trinkets for me! I always enjoy coming in for the kirby items :))

The manager of the store was extremely helpful in getting us what we needed. No other stores in the area could figure out how to ship us an item that was under warranty but was not in stock in store. He managed to help other customers as well while researching our options.
