The male mid 30s Hispanic guy is horrible at customer service. The atm is broken and gave me confetti money, he said it's not theirs, not their problem. It's my problem to deal with. So free reign on the atm I guess, it's not theirs! Like, get a different job if you are that unwilling to get off your phone call and have simple customer service. Even if it's not your machine, direct the customer to the phone number to call to report or fix it. APOLOGIZE!!! You really need to not work in customer service. And the atm is broken, but they won't tell you that and you'll get confetti.

Falsely advertise gas prices. Road signage doesn't match pump prices. They'll "fix it" by crediting you after the fact if you go in and complain about it.. Seems illegal what they're doing.
