I just call off the phone with my bank after they caught an attempt to use my debit card for a $125 purchase within an hour of visiting this gas station. I was having issues using my debit card at the pump and when I went inside I was able to complete my transaction and get the gas that I needed. After I had put my debit card in the machine at the pump it started showing messages that didn't really make sense. For example it said for me to take my card but I had already taken it and the screen flickered strangely... I just thought it was some sort of malfunction. I spoke with the cashier inside he said that that happens a lot at the machines but that that is just their way of resetting. That being said, there's obviously a lot more going on at this gas station. Someone has some sort of chip reader device and so obviously the pump that I used today was tampered with however my bank was able to catch the transaction and stop it.Thank God, otherwise that would've been $125 out of my checking account and to someone else's pocket!!! I haven't posted a negative review or any review at that for quite some time but I thought that this was a very worthy cause. I will be contacting this company to let them know that they need to look into this further. I included screenshots of the email I sent the company since the phone number on Yelp is disconnected and there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER, even if you go on the H & M Oil Corporate website. I was sorta left with the impression that their customers are not a huge priority since gas in the highest price in the country so these guys @ the top are probably gonna make a $hit ton of $$ anyway... but thats a presumption on my part really.. There was no human for me to report this fraud to so I filled out their little generic email FORM & I am not expecting a call back from them anytime soon!! Haha... well the good news is Im a pretty optimistic person so on the bright side COMEDY = TRAGEDY +TIME Hope u have a good day

This location is more expensive than other ones. Typically G&M's are among the cheapest, not sure why this one is so high. :(

2 AM crew the worst customers service providers possible. They treated us almost as thefts would not allow us to use the restrooms and refused service. Would have left but my car was empty so was forced to fuel up, this was always a go to stop when traveling but I guess I'm going to have to find somewhere new now.

Well.. there are two G&M stations super close to each other, so if you miss this one - you can catch the other. Probably one of the most affordable places to get gas in the area. Considerably less than the larger branded stations. Never had any issues here and I appreciate them keeping the prices more 'affordable' (even though gas is nowhere near affordable in Southern California right now.) 2022: 1/100

If you have a choice, don't go to either of these G&M gas stations on coast highway. I go to these gas stations almost everyday and purchase stuff everyday and now all of a sudden I can't use the restroom here unless I buy something. Super inconvenient in the morning especially on the way to work. It was just how rude they went about it and they know who I am and have definitely seen me daily and know that I'm a regular here. Really inconsiderate, sorry just at a loss for words, so pissed off.

Shauna and Michael are awesome. I visit this G&M because of them even though I pass three gas stations on the way. They're both so personable and professional.

Very convenient. Close to Highway 5. Cheap gas. Love the fact that debit card is same as cash price.

Bad customer service. Charged me twice the amount for a soft drink then it should have been and then said no refunds. I understand that policy but if your employee makes the mistake that's on you. I'm a local and will never come here again. Every time I've been here ive had a bad experience. It's a gas station shouldnt be hard to say hello and help customers purchase their products.... Apparently it is though. Go to Mohsen down the street. Cheaper gas and will take care of you as a customer

Great price for near the beach. Clean but crowded. Easily accessible. But snacks etc. Gas was 3.77 with cash

Quick, easy and convenient location to the 5 freeway. Regularly some of the lowest prices in town for gas. Comes in especially handy now that gas prices are soaring. Hopefully won't last too long tho, but we'll see. Couple of times had trouble getting into the lot. Can get kinda cramped with little space to maneuver into parking spots. Also, the attendant closes for their break without warning, so you can be stuck waiting to grab snacks or use the restroom sometimes while they're out back smoking. Keep on Yelp'n!

The gas station needs to take action against panhandlers and monitor the pumps. Most customers want to put gas in their vehicles and be left in peace which an establishment should provide. Customers who pull up to the pump should be left in conduct their transactions without any solicitation that is not associated with G & M. This afternoon there was a panhandler who was working the pumps and scoping out customers pulling in to give his "I need gas to get home" story but was collecting and pocketing money. The guy was wearing an Arizona basketball shirt that costs well over but claiming to have no money. It would be intimidating for many to be approached for money by someone over 6' tall wearing expensive sports apparel. I called Oceanside Police. Do your job G & M and keep these panhandlers away from customers.
