If I could give them zero stars I would. They have no idea what they are doing and are unaware of their policies. People lack customer service. Honestly this place seems sketchy. Got in a car accident& the other driver was at fault. They didn't fight for my case and I had to pay the damages. They used the excused that the other insurance didn't answer. Worst insurance ever!

I feel cheated,robbed...I paid $107 ,Cash..to get insurance.I had to cancel,the next day, because some office person had an issue,with one of the interior photos of my truck.,and because I didn't have a utility bill letter in my name,of my address...I explained to them, I don't have one because it's not my house, things got too complicated for just some simple basic liability insurance .I cancelled and since I paid cash I was expecting my refund at that moment...I had to wait 15 days, when the check finally arrived,,my refund was $26From $107 to $26 and I cancelled the next day. I watched the person do my cancellation...she made a phone call,was on the computer for a few minutes...that's it, it wasn't like it was a big job... I'm not happy...You have lots of choices with insurance...avoid this one

The worst insurer I have ever dealt with. Won't pay claims, won't return phone calls, Calls to them puts you on hold for 15 minutes then disconnects. I don't know how they are allowed to do business in California. What a disgrace.

I cannot stand having them as my insurance company. They were fantastic when we lived in Texas but when we moved to CA, both the vista & Oceanside locations are awful. Any time I go in there, I get a call 2 days later saying they forgot something & I need to come back. They’re clueless & not thorough whatsoever. Do not recommend.
