Bad experience with Fred Loya bad customer service not efficient

The worst insurer I have ever dealt with. Won't pay claims, won't return phone calls, Calls to them puts you on hold for 15 minutes then disconnects. I don't know how they are allowed to do business in California. What a disgrace.

This office is a joke... as well as the whole Insurance company... don't even want to mention why , The people already mentioned that in the previous comments....
